13:12So to successfully finish their challenge, they must pop the cork from the bubbly in the bucket.

29:08I have a background in gymnastics. I've actually represented Great Britain five times at the European Championships.

29:16I have a background in trampolining. I didn't know anything about circus and I just fell in love with it. I was like, this is it.
29:22Well, think about this before you place your bets at home or panel, because the windy conditions, how much is that going to affect the challenge?
29:28This is the first time we've jumped outdoors, so when we get to the top of our jump, if there's a gust of wind, it blows us right off.

39:10On the pier ice cream seller, Salvatore has built up quite a queue.
39:15And our panel are an impatient bunch.
39:17Up on the hill, there's a rival ice cream man with no queue at all.
39:23That's where elite triathletes Dan, Kelly and Daniel come in.
39:27Their challenge is to fetch our panel ice creams, taking on an almighty 1.5 mile course.
39:35First, Dan receives the panel's order and starts a sea-sickening swim along the length of the pier.
39:43Once he makes dry land, he'll pass the order to Daniel, who'll take on a tortuous 0.8 mile cycle up to the top of the cliff.
39:51He must collect the panel's ice cream before hearing down the switchback path, back to the beach below.
39:59But there's no cycling on the seafront, so then it's all down to Kelly.
40:03She must sprint 900 metres along the road, back down the pier and across the finishing line.
40:08All before Salvatore has finished serving his queue of customers.
