02:41Saf will need to climb all the way around the outside of this tugboat
02:46It might sound like a nice day out at the mersey
02:49But she's up against the brocklebank crew who will winch at a boat from the other side of the docks
02:56And with over 80 years experience between them they are not messing around
03:01To complete the challenge saf will need to finish our climb and ring the bell on deck
03:06Before the crew can winch in the other boat
03:10But one false move could end in disaster
03:13So will saf make a splash and bag 5k or will she be left with a sinking feeling

03:24Um so i grew up with climbing my parents are mountaineers started working at the climbing wall
03:29And i've been obsessed ever since thing is you don't normally climb around tugboats
03:33No i normally i'm climbing rocks and things on rocks don't move so this is a really big challenge
03:38Are any of you sailors i have a boat that's never seen water for 20 years i'm painting it myself i'm doing a lot of the work

30:23He bets he can remove and reattach the front wheel of his bike whilst pulling a wheelie and navigating his way through this course.
30:32First, Jake will need to detach the front wheel and pass through the starting gate.
30:36Then he must slalom round the barrels and catch up with the wheel before it crosses the boundary line.
30:42Finally, he needs to reattach it and pass the finish gate, all whilst maintaining the wheelie.
30:48He'll have just three attempts to complete the challenge, but if the bike falls or he touches the ground, it's game over.
30:54So will Jake perform the perfect balancing act and bag 5k, or will he end up in a vicious cycle?
