Tramline — Somewhere Down The Line 1968 (UK, Blues Rock)
Tramline is a two-album band from Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire. Guitarist Mick Moody and his school friend Paul Rodgers started out together in The Roadrunners. They then moved to London and called themselves The Wild Flowers, recruiting Bruce Thomas on bass. Rodgers then left for Free. Moody then recruited John McCoy (vocals/harmonica), Terry Sidgewick (bass), and Terry Popple (drums), and they called themselves Real McCoy. They then signed with Island Records and became Tramline, released two albums, and broke up in October 1968. This is the band's first album.
