Bengaluru: A shocking case of harassment and exploitation has been reported from Puttenahalli, where a man allegedly blackmailed his wife using secretly recorded private videos and forced her to have physical relations with his foreign friends.

According to the complaint filed at the Puttenahalli police station, the accused, identified as Syed Inamul Haque, had installed a hidden camera in the bedroom to record his wife’s private moments without her consent. He then allegedly shared these videos with friends abroad and threatened to leak them online if she refused to comply with his demands.

The victim also alleged that Haque deceived her into marriage despite already being married to another woman. She further accused him of physical assault, harassment, and forcing her into non-consensual acts by using the threat of leaking intimate visuals.

Based on her complaint, the Puttenahalli police have registered an FIR against Haque and three others. The accused is currently absconding, and a search operation is underway.
