00:00Let's hop right into week five waiver wire, and let's start off at the top for the Tennessee Titans, Elik Ayo-Minor, a player that's rostered in 42% of leagues.
00:11And I have to say, I have not bought into the hype since preseason.
00:16I like Cam Ward.
00:18The offense looks terrible now, and I thought it was a little bit cluttered.
00:22You know, getting the ball to Calvin Ridley, I think, should be their priority.
00:25He's now obviously dealing with injuries.
00:27I don't know where to go with this offense because the potential for points is so low, I'm not sure any player truly has any value.
00:36And that's sort of what you just hit there.
00:38The upside is extremely limited.
00:41I mean, Ayo-Minor, for the most part, has been solid.
00:44You know, you said he played a three-wide receiver league.
00:46He's been a wide receiver three.
00:47You know, that's what he is, but the upside is limited.
00:50I think that's what's hurting fantasy players because you're looking at your roster.
00:53I've got Ayo-Minor, but, you know, I've got this other guy, and he has a higher upside.
00:56Yeah, his average right now, he's not been consistent.
00:58And, you know, Ayo-Minor is probably going to put up more points on a per-week basis,
01:02but there's a chance this other guy could hit a big and win me my week.
01:05And I think for fantasy, generally, we're going to go with the other guy because Ayo-Minor is consistent,
01:08but he's not putting up big numbers.
01:10You know, I'll give you 12 points a week.
01:11Yay.
01:12You know, you're looking for that 18 to 24 points, and I think that's what's going to push you towards your other receiver.
01:16That's how I would look at it.
01:17You know, unless I'm in a match where, okay, just for a gig, I keep using Tom.
01:21If I'm playing Tom and I'm favored to win by 32 points, all right, give me a solid 12.
01:26I don't need to gamble.
01:27I'll take the solid 12.
01:28I know I'm going to win.
01:29Then I can see that.
01:30But for the most part, I think the team's going to go with the other player because it's just not sexy.
01:34And as you said, the offense is not good.
01:37Calhoun's going to get fired any day now.
01:38I think he'll be the first coach fired this season.
01:41So it's going to happen.
01:42They're a mess right now.
01:43Let's move on to Jalen Tolbert, who's very widely available, only rostering 5.4% of leagues.
01:52Listen, Dak is playing awesome right now.
01:54There are a lot of underlying metrics to suggest Dak is having a fantastic season with CeeDee Lamb out.
01:59Everyone's going to be looking at George Pickens.
02:00We know that.
02:01Pick up Jake Ferguson, you know, or I should say start Jake Ferguson.
02:04But Jalen Tolbert, I think, is really that number two wide receiver.
02:08Turpin is not a guy that they're going to play at a high volume.
02:10He's also not going to be a target monster.
02:13I think Jalen Tolbert is a very solid option to pick up.
02:16And, again, with the bye weeks and the injuries happening, if you have to throw him into your flex,
02:20it's not the worst thing because the Cowboys are going to be consistently playing in higher scoring games
02:25because the defense is terrible and Dak simply has to throw.
02:29All right.
02:29Tom gave you the optimistic viewpoint.
02:31I'll give you the pessimistic, which is not – I'm not saying it's going to happen, by the way,
02:35but let's remember a couple of things.
02:37Two road games for the Cowboys this season.
02:38They have not scored a point in the second half.
02:41All right.
02:41Keep that in mind here.
02:42So, for whatever reason, they're struggling in the second half on the road.
02:44Maybe they're not making adjustments, whatever it might be.
02:47Turpin, probably not going to play this week, by the way.
02:49He's dealing with Dinger.
02:50He'll be limited.
02:51So, that's good for Tolbert here.
02:52And there's nearly nobody else.
02:53CeeDee Lamb's not playing this week.
02:54Jonathan Mingo, who's eligible to come off the IL, not going to play this week.

03:00So, that's good news for him.
03:02Dallas could be missing four of their top five offensive linemen in this game.
03:05So, that could also be a mess.
03:07I know the Cowboys have a lot of injuries to worry about here.
03:10That's the pessimistic viewpoint.
03:11The optimistic viewpoint, yeah, they're probably going to get a ton of points.
03:13They're going to be throwing the ball all day.
03:15Someone's got to catch the ball besides Pickens, who's source guard who will probably travel with,
03:19and Jake Ferguson.
03:20That does leave Tolbert.
03:21Right.
03:22Moving on to a running back from New Orleans Saints, Kendra Miller, a player that I know a lot of people
03:29have been across the fantasy industry.
03:30They've been high on for a couple of seasons at this point, obviously playing in a limited role
03:33behind Alvin Kamara.
03:35Again, this is a player I think is okay.
03:37His upside is limited.
03:39The offense is bad.
03:40The role is not consistent.
03:42Again, he has the pulse.
03:43You want to pick him up and stash him.
03:44Some people think the Saints are going to trade Kamara at a certain point to a contender.
03:47Miller would be in for a big role at that point.
03:50Well, after that Kamara, the contract they signed him to last year, I don't know about
03:53a trade.
03:54I don't know what's going to happen here.
03:55I thought that contract was a mistake when they did it for an older player for a team that's
03:58not contending for anything.
03:59As for Miller, I agree with everything you said.
04:02Hey, bye weeks.
04:04So yeah, he might have some value to fill in for you.
04:06Right?
04:07And he is getting the ball.
04:08Right?

04:09They do play with Giants this week.
04:10It's going to be at the Kamara show.
04:11They're not going to want to lose to the Giants.
04:13But hey, like I said, if you're desperate, you know, we talked about Will Shipley earlier,

04:20I probably like Miller a little bit more, you know, so you could get six to eight points
04:24if he falls to the end zone.
04:26There's your double digits.
04:27And finally, Dalton Schultz, a tight end for the Houston Texans.
04:32Their offense has been pretty bad from start to finish, or at least, you know, thus far
04:37in the season.
04:38We're not getting much out of Nico Collins.
04:40Christian Kirk recently came back overall.
04:42I think Dalton Schultz, again, is a fine option, but he doesn't really move the needle for
04:46me.
04:48Exactly.
04:48I mean, listen, he does for a couple of points.
04:50You're going to need that touchdown deodorant or else he's going to stink.
04:53That's really what it is.
04:53You're looking at seven, eight points, but he falls to the end zone.
04:55Yeah, you get a double digit.
04:56So sure.
04:57But that offensive line mentioned it earlier.
