00:00And we'll start off with the quarterback position.

00:02And George is on the fence a little bit,

00:03it looks like here with Kyler Murray

00:05of the Arizona Cardinals.

00:06Now, George, I'm assuming this is not a two quarterback league

00:10or unless he's making a fortune in terms of salary.

00:13There's really not a lot to talk about here.

00:15You know, Murray's gonna end up the season

00:16with close to 4,000 yards.

00:19He's probably gonna have about 20 touchdowns

00:20in a two quarterback league starting quarterback.

00:22I guess this is more of a question

00:24in a one quarterback league, 12, 14 team league.

00:26Is he your quarterback of the future?

00:30Yeah, I mean, he started off pretty well, right?

00:32First, I'd say eight games, nineties was good.

00:34Then all of a sudden, off a cliff, right?

00:37He hasn't played at all.

00:38He's not running, Greg.

00:39Why isn't he running?

00:40He'll run to avoid a sack,

00:41but he won't run to gain yardage.

00:43It's just strange here.

00:44And a lot of his value does come with his legs

00:47because the man's fast, right?

00:48So it's been a little frustrating

00:50if you've had Kyler Murray over the last month or so.

00:52He's just not getting those points that we need.

00:54And he's made Marvin Harrison almost unusable, right?

00:58It's just been a strange last third of the season

01:00for the Cardinals here.

01:02It's something I'll have to go into next season

01:03thinking about, do I want to keep it

01:04for my last year of keepability?

01:06You're right, it's a one quarterback league.

01:07It's a 14 team league.

01:10So I did have him last year as well.

01:12So it's tough because I have other quarterbacks

01:14on my roster that I could keep.

01:17All right, now my question will be Trevor Lawrence.

01:19It's not much of a question for me, George,

01:22because this is a two quarterback league

01:24that I have to decide on.

01:25And in all two quarterback leagues with 12 teams and such,

01:30Lawrence is still a keeper.

01:31So his contract for me is not all that formidable.

01:35I know he's not great.

01:37I know it has not worked out,

01:38but here's what I'm going to do, George.

01:40I'm going to sit back.

01:41I'm going to wait to see who they hire as head coach.

01:43I'm going to sit back.

01:45Are Jaguars going in a rebuild again?

01:48Are they adding players like they did a couple of years ago?

01:50Remember they signed Christian Kirk to that contract.

01:52Everyone was like, wow, that was terrible.

01:54in the first year of that contract.

01:56England was pretty good.

01:57They tried with ETN.

01:58It's not like they did not try, Doug Peterson.

02:01And then Lawrence got hurt at the end of the season.

02:04I'm going to hold him,

02:05but I understand if people are just ready

02:07to throw him back in the pool, honestly.

02:10Do you allow that system what, you know,

02:11most keeper leagues I play in that a keeper league,

02:13you lose the round, you drafted him in.

02:15So I have Lawrence from my home team.

02:18It's once again, two quarterback league,

02:20but it's, I can't keep him next year.

02:23We only allowed to keep somebody for three years.

02:24Keeper league generally have a time limit.

02:25And for us, it's three years and this is the third year.

02:27So I don't have to make this decision.

02:28But if I did, he would have cost me a sixth round pick,

02:32which probably is around where he goes next year.

02:34Give or take, he may actually go later than that

02:36because of what happened.

02:36So I probably would have,

02:37I probably would throw him back in that scenario,

02:40you know, because I can get him anyway,

02:42or get someone just like him

02:43and maybe be able to keep somebody else.

02:44This would also depend by the way,

02:46do I have somebody else in my roster that I want to keep?

02:48I may not, you know, so a lot of questions going into that.

02:51I still have hope for Lawrence Craig, I do.

02:55He's been a frustrating player.

02:56It's not all his fault, I freely admit that,

02:59but he's been a frustrating player

03:00over the last couple of years.

03:01Yeah, Urban Meyer, Doug Peters,

03:02he's gonna have three head coaches

03:04since he's been in the NFL starting next year.

03:06J.J. McCarthy, George, you have to make a decision on him.

03:08This seems like a no brainer.

03:09Wouldn't you want to hang on one more year

03:12just to see like what he's got here?

03:13I don't think we have a clue.

03:16Once again, it depends on league dependent here.

03:18It is a two quarterback thing.

03:19So yes, I want to hold on to him.

03:21But if I do, what if Sam Donald comes back?

03:27What am I doing here?

03:28That's the question here.

03:29You know, that's why I put him on this list.

03:31It depends what the Vikings are going to do.

03:33At least if Sam Donald goes, I don't know, to the Giants.

03:36He's not going to the Giants, but if he does, okay,

03:37it makes my decision easier.

03:38They're gonna get the starting John McCarthy.

03:40They got Jefferson, you got Addison who's picked up.

03:41Yeah, I'll keep McCarthy pretty easily.

03:44But if they sign Donald, you know,

03:46or another top quarterback that's our free agent,

03:48then I'm sort of screwed here.

03:50I mean, I can keep McCarthy this next year

03:52and the year after.

03:53I have two more years of eligibility,

03:54but he'd be worthless next year for me.

03:56And I'm probably not going to do it for the year after.

03:58In that league, I do have other players I can keep,

04:01mainly wide receivers.

04:02I'm strong there that I'd like to keep there.

04:03So I would probably throw him back.

04:04It depends what Minnesota will do with Sam Donald.

04:09Yeah, well, what's funny is some of the speculation is,

04:10is that Donald will leave and Kirk Cousins will come back

04:13as the backup quarterback.

04:14Oh God, that'd be hilarious.

04:16Could be, could be, not impossible.
