00:00Welcome back, Park Managers.
00:04In this module, we'll be exploring your role as manager
00:07and taking a look at the different staff here to help you oversee your parks.
00:18With an entire park to manage, you'll need to rely on several teams
00:22to help keep an eye on things.
00:24Maintenance teams, mobile veterinary units, rangers, and capture teams
00:29work on the day-to-day tasks so you can focus on the bigger picture.
00:34The maintenance team will fix anything that's broken or degraded,
00:38which does happen over time, especially in some of our less forgiving locations.
00:44They'll also refuel and restock.
00:46Just assign your team to a maintenance post, and they'll keep on top of things.
00:52Then we have the Mobile Veterinary Unit, or MVU.
00:56They're based at the Paleo Medical Facility.
00:59Assign them to a ranger post, and they'll regularly check in on any nearby dinosaurs,
01:04running scans, and treating them for any ailments.
01:08Rangers work out of the response facility, and will routinely check on your dinosaur's wellbeing,
01:13letting you know if there's any comfort issues with their enclosures.
01:17Now, you can't keep an eye on everything all at once.
01:21Which is why we've got security cameras to keep watch while you work on the big stuff.
01:27You can assign capture teams to these, so they act immediately if a dinosaur is spotted out of its enclosure.
01:34Which shouldn't happen, but just in case.
01:36Having a strong team around you, your parks will thrive, and it's not long until you'll have your first project.
01:46With your training now complete, you'll be stepping into your official role on October 21st.
01:52Good luck, Park Managers!
