00:36Nagpahayag din siya ng suporta para sa lalawigan.

00:39Nagbigay naman ang donasyon ng Batanes Provincial Government para sa mga taga-Babuyan Islands sa Cagayan

00:44na naapekto ng Bagyong Nando nitong Setyembre.

00:47Kabilang sa ibinigay sa mga residente ang pagkain, damit, grocery at iba pang pangangailangan.
