00:00Is there any update on Harvey with his finger?
00:02Yeah, so he's got some damage to the finger, so he's going to be at that for the weekend.
00:09Okay, and with that, are you rethinking your goalkeeper strategy?
00:14I know we've talked about it a couple of times now that you say it's a gamble.
00:17We're bringing someone else in.
00:19Will you think of having a subkeeper just in case?
00:21No.
00:22In future? No. Fair enough.
00:24Excellent. I'm assuming Jojo will be the first choice coming.
00:27Yeah, Jojo will play Saturday.
00:28Yeah, yeah. Cool.
00:30And you won at Cambridge last year. I think it was a good goal by Addy.
00:34That's right, it was, yeah.
00:35Yeah, really good. How have Cambridge changed from last year to this year?
00:39I think they're more settled with the way they play.
00:42They're actually, like I say, in terms of possession, they look really comfortable on the ball.
00:49You know, they've got a couple of midfield players who want to get on it and knit it together from the back
00:53and make more passes than you'd probably expect.
00:56And, of course, they're quite an attacking threat as well, you know.
01:01So, they've got the capability of going from back to front aggressively, but they can play through the thirds as well.
01:08Of course, on top of that, they're really stingy at the back.
01:11You know, they don't give up many chances.
01:13They don't give up many goals.
01:14I think they've probably kept three or four clean sheets already this season.
01:16So, they're, you know, defensively really strong, but capable football team, really capable football team.
01:22I think Neil Harris is a really good manager, experienced manager, worked in the Championship, you know.
01:28I've come across him and come against him a few times.
01:30It's always been a tough challenge.
01:33And, you know, this will be no different.
01:35And how do you look at League Two this season compared to the previous two seasons in terms of the standard of play and the levels of teams?
01:44Just madness.
01:45It's fine.
01:45Yeah, anybody can beat anybody.
01:47You know, you look at some of the results, even at the weekend, some of the results were just, you know, bonkers.
01:51You know, you think that that team's going to beat that team and then you look at the, you know, you look at the results at the end of the game and you're, how did they beat them?
02:01And, you know, you see it all the time.
02:03You know, MK Dons were back to be, obviously, the team that were just going to wipe the floor with everybody.
02:07And it's not the case because, you know, it's a really difficult league.
02:11And, you know, you're just seeing teams, you know, winning games that you don't expect to.
02:16So this is why we've got to stay in there and stick at it because if it turns, it will turn, you know, and, you know, we can really, you know, use the back end of the season to push as hard as we can.
02:27And we've just got to stay amongst it now, you know, and that's the disappointing thing for me is we win three games on the trot, four games, whatever it was, and then we've got to lose two.
02:36You know, it's just the inconsistency of what we are at the moment.
02:39We've got to try and find that balance.
02:41And, like I say, understand what we are.
02:44We're a new group and we just need to, everybody just needs to stick with it and stick together.
02:51You know, enjoy being in the trenches a little bit.
02:53I do.
02:54You know, I find out about people.
02:56I find out about myself when you're up against it a little bit about, you know, standing strong and, come on, you know, I know where we are is not where we want to be.
03:05But let's stick together and stand really strong about it and, you know, and enjoy digging ourselves out of it.
03:10I love that.
03:12You know, I love the fact that, not I love the fact that we are where we are, but I love the fact that we've got a challenge in front of us.
03:17I think that's great.
03:18Yeah, and do you feel you learn more in this situation?
03:20Of course.
03:21Yeah.
03:22Of course you learn about everybody around you.
03:24You learn about the players.
03:25You learn, I think you learn more.
03:27I think you learn more actually when you're not doing so well as when you are doing so well, you know.
03:31I think that really shows the true colours of everybody and I think that we've got some really good people and I'm pleased with that.
03:38Yeah, and what's your message to the fans going into this weekend?
03:40Just come and support and, you know, get behind the lads and the fans have been class.
03:44They really have.
03:45They've been brilliant.
03:46I know Saturday, you know, there was some word between me and a number of fans said that's only because I'm passionate, they're passionate.
03:55They want to win, I want to win.
03:57You know, there's nothing wrong with that.
03:58Brilliant.
03:58Thanks, Scott.
