Taiwan's coast guard tracked four Chinese Coast Guard vessels that entered restricted waters near the outlying Kinmen islands on Monday afternoon. Authorities issued warnings and monitored the boats until they left. It's the latest of over 70 Chinese Coast Guard incursions around Kinmen since February last year.
