00:08The epicenter was just off the coast of Cebu Island near Bogo City.
00:12Authorities say at least 147 people were injured and 22 buildings were damaged.
00:17But they expect these figures to rise as the search for survivors continues.
00:21It comes as the region was just beginning to recover from Typhoon Boaloi, which displaced
00:25more than 400,000 people last week.
00:29Many of the injured are being treated outdoors due to the threat of aftershocks.
