00:34If you look at the restaurants, you look at the construction sites, you look at the churches,
00:39the schools, it's dropping enrollment in schools because some people are in fear of taking their
00:43kids to school.
00:45Some people are afraid even if somebody who is here legally or in the immigration process
00:52of fixing their papers and a crime happens to them, they are afraid to report it because
00:56they don't want to get that flag over their head.
