00:00So today what we have is the rollout of the Budi 95.
00:05We started on Saturday with police and army.
00:10Then we moved on on Sunday where we opened it up to STR.
00:15And for Saturday, Sunday and Monday,
00:20we already had close to 1.5 million users who enjoyed the lower price.
00:26It was a promise that was made by the Prime Minister at RM1.99.
00:31And today, it has now been opened to the rest of rakyat Malaysia
00:36yang layak.
00:37The ones that actually are above the age of 16,
00:41have a driving license which is valid.
00:43And they are entitled to use because with the driver license,
00:46they can drive.
00:47So if they need to drive, then they have a car or a motorcycle.
00:50So they need some substance use.
00:52And we've done that.
00:53At the same time, we are reducing or removing the subsidy to people
00:58who are not eligible.
01:00This includes warga asing that are here,
01:04people who are in the commercial sector that don't get support along the way.
01:09Then they are supposed to pay a market rate.
01:11So the government no longer provide subsidy on that size.
01:13And that's where savings as we're looking at in terms of fiscal deficits.
01:18And that's where savings can be reused back again in terms of improving infrastructure
01:23that exists for the country.
01:25So for the moment, our focus is make sure the rollout
01:28berjalan dengan lancar.
01:30So Alhamdulillah so far, Alhamdulillah it's moving well.
01:34I think when we announced the price last night,
01:36we said that the starting price for the market price was set at 260.
01:42We will keep the 260 stable for one month
01:45to get everybody comfortable with this price.
01:48Then after that, like diesel, we move it every week.
01:51And that moving every week will follow the APM mechanism,
01:54which is based on what the market price actually is on the global basis
01:58because we have to source also product elsewhere.
02:00Yeah.
02:01And if the prices go up, it go up.
02:03If the prices go down, it goes down.
02:05Similar to what we've seen in diesel.
02:07When we first rolled out diesel,
02:09it was at 3 ringgit 35 cents per liter.
02:11Today it's still at about 2 ringgit 93 cents per liter.
02:15It has reflected the dropping of oil price.
02:18To be fair.
02:20Alright.
02:21Terima kasih.
