George the luckiest dog

George was dumped as a one-day-old puppy but found and now has a new home.

00:00George came to us from the RSPCA. He was found estimated to be one or two days old in a bin at

00:06Lake George. He was found wrapped in paper in a bag with his eyes closed and his umbilical cord

00:12still attached. He was thankfully rescued and taken to the RSPCA and they gave him around the

00:19clock care. He wasn't expected to survive but because he's a miracle he did. He was fostered

00:25by the RSPCA who did an amazing job and then he's come to us and he's been with us for about

00:30six weeks. One of his eyes is deformed so it's smaller than the other and he also has cataracts

00:37in both eyes so he has um eye drops each day and he will have surgery um before the end of the year

00:44when he's six months old and yeah he doesn't let his um eyesight or his rough start to life get in

00:51the way of him living his life now and we're very lucky to have him.
