I am writing from the shadows of a city near Russia. War does not unite, but divides. And while resolving problems is not easy, we must strive for peace as our common goal. The patriarchs of the church are meeting in council, and Manuel, in his role as mediator, tries to maintain neutrality, for he knows that the truth resides in heaven. This novel aims to raise awareness among humanity so that heaven will not again punish its inhabitants. I sincerely hope that the message conveyed by the church, despite my own doubts, will one day reach the hearts of those leaders who hold the fate of our planet—formerly called Earth—in their hands. I hope that, as the title of the second part suggests, we can rediscover our true essence.
