00:30We're very excited to know more about your business story.
00:34So let's talk more about your life prior to doing your business.
00:37So after graduation, I immediately employed in a fast food.
00:40So from food business ako and a manager of fast food, three fast food ang pinanggalingan ko.
00:46Then after that, I started to be employed in a corporate handling people, HR manager and also a corporate manager in retail and IT appliances.
00:58What made you decide to enter the business world?
01:01Actually, this is a profession by accident.
01:05Hindi ko siya hinagap or naisip na ma-employ sa industry ng manufacturing.
01:09It's actually started when I was given a chance from a foreigner employer in 2016 for this industry, shipping container industry.
01:18So I don't know anything about shipping industry na meron pa lang ganitong kalakaran sa global.
01:24So I think the employer have seen a potential in me which I can handle communication globally.
01:30They offered, somebody from the vendor side offered me to expound in the Philippines.
01:37So they decided me to handle and own the part of the business in the Philippines.
01:42How much would be their capital to be able to start up a business like this?
01:47Actually, very minimal.
01:49In my case kasi, as per experience, I don't have that very large capital because we need to be, have a partner outside of the country that will provide the shipping container.
02:01So it's not immediately outright cash.
02:04So you have to develop a network of vendors or suppliers outside the country that will give you the goods itself and then it's a consignment basis.
02:14You will have to pay in such time that you are able to dispose yung kanilang goods.
02:19Would you like to give advice or tips pagdating sa pagninegosyo kung isa-sum up mo lahat ng natutunan mo doing this business?
02:27Lahat ng bagay nagsisimula sa simula.
02:30So dapat ang expectation natin or ang goal natin is to be able to achieve yung, for example, if you are a family-oriented person, you are building up a business because of your family.
02:42So in that case, you have to be very careful in the planning because you will be holding all the types of the resources that you have, the money, the people, and everything.
02:51And if you are not ready, if you don't plan ahead or pabara-bara lang, it will crash down.
02:59So dapat maging matibay sa pagba-plano pa lang and then kapag na-establish mo na yan, you have to be, stay humble, stay as how polite and kind are you dealing with other people as well.
03:13Because in this type of business, you are more, you are more be communicating more on people, not on just the goods and the products.
03:21It's the people, relationship that you have to build.
03:27Makinig ka sa iyong mga customer, huwag sa iyong mga competitor.
