00:00This campaign was for the underserved, the marginalized, the abandoned, and betrayed by government.
00:10Since then, it has been my honor to be your mayor, and I'm proud to say that we took that victory four years ago and turned it into action.
00:23I also know some remain unsure of me after the unfortunate events surrounding my federal case.
00:32I was wrongfully charged because I fought for this city, and if I had to do it again, I would fight for New York again.
00:41And yet, despite all we've achieved, I cannot continue my re-election campaign.
00:49The constant media speculation about my future and the campaign finance board's decision to withhold millions of dollars have undermined my ability to raise the funds needed for a serious campaign.

02:04One more year! One more year! One more year! One more year! One more year!
02:21It doesn't, it doesn't matter what...
02:24I'm running for re-election, and I'm going to tell New Yorkers every day why I believe I should be the mayor of the city of New York in 2026.
02:48And yes, I hear the polls, I hear the comments, I hear the pundits, but those are the same polls that stated eight weeks out that Andrew Cuomo was up by 36 points.
03:03We don't want a mayor out of town now!
03:10We don't want a mayor out of town now!
03:14Mr. Mayor, how much control do you have of your future?
