00:00hey welcome back everyone uh let's go here with another skyblock adventure um man i got a great

00:14video for y'all but real quick i just want to say um thank you so much for watching that last video

00:20uh it got over 150 views on youtube and odyssey and it's doing well on the other channels um

00:27other websites we should say 150 is a monster video for me so thank you guys so much i hope you

00:35found it really entertaining what you're seeing right here is just a quick replay of me trying to

00:42get enough string so that i can build a bed because my only source of wool so far

00:49uh is is string from spiders so i kind of have an unlit section of platform over there

00:56and spiders and zombies if i'm not mistaken correct me if i'm wrong in the comments but

01:01spiders and zombies have the same uh aggro range i believe zombies might be a little bit

01:09uh more aggro-y and they might have a bigger aggro range but uh after that i didn't get enough to

01:15build a um a bed at that point takes a lot of string it's like three string for a wool and then it's like

01:22three wool with some uh planks for a bed so a lot of a lot of supplies um for a starter

01:31but yeah i'm expanding the world there and checking out the nether

01:35now somebody please explain to me how skeletons are getting

01:44in my spawn but more important uh in my portal but more importantly where the hell is the zombie

01:49coming from you saw that that little platform of glowstone is all that exists in the nether

01:56yet somehow a zombie follows me through so i don't know what's going on there if if you know in the

02:02comments please you know clue me in because i'm kind of brain dead uh i'm a noob when it comes to

02:08this stuff but why why is my portal spawning zombies from the nether i don't think zombies even exist in

02:14the nether right so i don't know what's going on there these little shits driving me crazy um

02:21yeah i was trying to put down boats you see to catch these guys oh god along with their big brothers

02:28but i didn't get the boat down fast enough at this point i'm still having i'm still having food issues

02:35rotten flesh and the occasional melon is all there is to eat and i'm sure all of you know what terrible

02:43food sources those are i do get the occasional apple which i believe gives like two saturation

02:51which is nice but rotten flesh and uh and melons are one i believe anyways look at the aggro range of

02:58the zombies that's that's crazy i wasn't even close to um spawn platform over there

03:07um oh there was a really cool there was a really cool scene where

03:12oh no i don't want creepers he's like i don't care are you kidding me oh my god um

03:24um yeah half a heart don't miss nezuka

03:33so frustrating so so frustrating

03:38i felt like i was losing my mind trying to fight my way through these nights because

03:43the food situation is just that i've got no armor and no food so i didn't heal properly

03:48anyways uh what was i saying oh yeah yeah yeah uh wasn't i i i don't know if i i wasn't recording

03:59or i accidentally deleted it if it happens again uh i'll be sure to to post it in a future video

04:06but it was raining on my skyblock world and there was like two it's hard to be sure there's two or

04:14three endermen y'all they were going nuts they were just teleporting everywhere like you know

04:23just all over the place i don't know i can't make a good enderman sound but you know but the teleport

04:28sound they would not stop teleporting because it was raining and there was no place for them to be

04:35where they weren't in water so they were just like endlessly teleporting and what's interesting is um

04:41i didn't know this until this happened is water actually harms them i thought they were teleporting

04:47away from water and it couldn't actually hurt them but they do come into contact with it briefly

04:53apparently and it does hurt them um because after it cleared up there was a couple i was finding some

05:03endermen so many zombies um which i do want zombies don't be wrong i'm still looking for uh you know

05:11an iron ingot potato a carrot you know i need those supplies oh look there's a villager zombie villager

05:20and speaking of which uh since witches and zombie villagers do spawn occasionally there is an alternate way

05:28of uh oh let me get some water my mouth so dry

05:37here's an alternate way of curing um zombie villagers and making regular villagers so

05:47and this is after you know after the sun burns away the zombies and skeletons i gotta go over here

05:52here and i don't have to but i like to go over here pick up the arrows and the rotten flesh

06:08yeah so that happened um oh and check this out it does seem to help there's still a lot of loss

06:17i'm sure anybody who's like made a little cobblestone generator knows that like 15 or so of the cobble

06:23just gets burned up that's what that extra sizzle sound is and you can see it if you have a stack in

06:29your inventory uh that you're not getting at all um but yeah so you notice i put a block above the and

06:35there's my first uh that's my second second um second wandering trader but you can see that i put a block

06:43above the magma to um try to keep it from getting sizzled and i i still i don't have a cow i don't

06:51have a good source of iron so i don't have buckets of milk and i don't have any bottles i don't have any

06:55bottled water so you can guess what happened to him

07:02but yeah so finally i said enough of this platform bs i am going to make a trusty mob grinder

07:11and hopefully get some bottles so that you know now that i've got an infinite water source um

07:20yeah i can uh hopefully get some diamonds uh emeralds i keep saying diamonds they're emeralds

07:26y'all know what i'm talking about

07:30and so i put the uh the roof on there and then i slapped some torches on

07:36and called it a day although i do think i want to go back and put some half slabs on top

07:45just so my wandering trader doesn't spawn up there but uh yeah so then i had to destroy my infinite

07:51water source and beautify the side of my mob grinder and i realized that um the water bucket does not

08:00work i wouldn't pull it off anyway if it did work but on half slabs the water source just goes right

08:06through the half slab and becomes the water stream under your sky block so that was really dumb of me

08:13but it's not like i have any place to really spend the levels yet so

08:19but we'll get there one day i shall have an anvil

08:22now as amazing as the drops are in this mob grinder and they are amazing it really blew my mind

08:30at the time of recording i keep looking back at it and being like is all that coming out of my

08:35mob grinder because i've never produced a mob grinder that's had this kind of drop rate but i i'm

08:42guessing it's just because it's skyblock and there's literally nowhere else for these mobs to spawn except

08:48that dark chamber up there so it is just raining down lobs like obsolete now obviously i don't have

08:55um any hoppers to pick it up so i have to keep running over there and manually uh grabbing them

09:02but at least the nice thing is is uh a chicken drop a chicken jockey dropped actually a second one dropped

09:11now don't laugh at me okay i know i'm kind of stupid i'm not a professional minecrafter

09:15um but i honestly thought that these were like zombie chickens because look how

09:23they're not white they're like gray so i didn't know that there's new chickens in the game there's

09:30like um oh what is it there's like savannah chickens which are like brown and there's maybe it's maybe

09:37they're jungle chickens i'm not sure but there's like a brown chicken and then there's a cold weather

09:42chicken and that's what these are they are not zombie chickens now i do not believe these will

09:50ever drop eggs but i mean unless they i know so little about modern minecraft they could have changed

09:58that so correct me if i'm wrong but i do believe that they don't drop eggs but on a whim i decided let's

10:06breed them and yes you are seeing me trying to breed them with hay like i said it's been a while okay

10:17it's been a while since

10:21since i bred some chickens ah but you can you see you see i got it you see i figured it out

10:28just it took me 30 seconds so yeah so there we go got a little baby chick

10:37my first uh my first friendly mobs honestly besides a wandering trader um if y'all know why nothing is

10:46spawning and i can't believe this worked i thought for sure creeper was gonna come down or a baby zombie

10:52and just ruin my life but yeah i got them out little chicken family

11:00the mom and and her two lovers plus the baby

11:04and uh and i did make them a little home so but uh oh i was just gonna say oh yeah if anyone knows

11:12why no peaceful mobs have spawned on my platform i keep making it wider and wider

11:18um i did hit f3 a while ago to see what what uh biome i'm in and it's uh a windy forest i think

11:29windy forest or chill forest or something like that it's like like a cold weather forest

11:34um obviously because the chickens are cold weather hey guys my little friends

11:39um so yeah so i i wanted you know i'm trying to just enjoy the experience of the game and be

11:47surprised by things so i didn't look up to see what spawns there but it's it's been days now so

11:53apparently nothing spots in that biome again correct me if i'm wrong um i could have sworn google ai said

12:01that like cows cold weather cows spawn but apparently not all right i just noticed the time i gotta i

12:08gotta wrap this video up it's already been over 10 minutes what you are seeing is the formation the

12:14beginning the very first step of my ocean and you make a big giant cube of water like this by making a

12:21platform and a 10 by 10 infinite water source i'm sure you all know how to do that and then you mine out the

12:28bottom and then the water streams just go all the way down so it's only a water source at the very top

12:35and the rest is just flowing water but there's no current or anything like that so it might as well

12:40be mama it might as well be um oh my god english is hard might as well be water sources there we go

12:49and the last cool thing i did is i made myself a dispenser with a broken arrow some cobble

12:54and some redstone from which so that i could do this

13:00see yay i got all those bones from those uh skeletons i might as well put them to good use

13:05right so now instead of dedicating a row of dirt to just growing trees i can do this with one block of

13:14dirt and and don't worry i did save uh some grass blocks just in case i need grass so they're back there

13:23in the back secured oh i lied yeah i did do something else cool i made this um this ladder

13:30this walkway up the side of the mob grinder because i haven't seen a wandering trader in forever

13:39so i got to thinking oh my god what if the wandering trader is spawning on top of my mob grinder and of

13:48course no elytra elytra i've got no way of you know flying up there and telling so i i kind of built

13:53this and uh i rather like it i'm one of those weirdos that that thinks the uh the elytra uh kind of

14:00ruins the game ruins the spirit of the game anyway so i i wouldn't fly with uh elytra if i if i had the

14:07option um i kind of like the the risk of falling and the other modes of transportation like horses

14:14and mine carts and stuff but yeah so i've got a a nice little walkway going all the way to the top

14:22and uh once i got up here i realized i forgot my slabs so i was going to try to jump in the pool

14:27i'm like i wonder if i can make that how close how close am i and that's it that's gonna i didn't mean

14:35to do that that was an accident that's gonna wrap up this video um i got some big things coming in the

14:42next video as well some big ideas uh i'm going to try to add a 10x10 chunk of ocean every time i log

14:51in i'm gonna do it on that side as well and uh eventually i'm gonna use lava casting to seal it

14:57all in so there's no uh there's no risk of uh falling out of the world um it'll just be a nice

15:02place to to swim hopefully add some fish and one day kelp and things like that so all right guys thank
