00:03Here in this stunning coastal city, we celebrate world-class judo.

00:07Before the medal matches, a dazzling opening ceremony set the stage,

00:11and speeches were made by IJF President Mr. Marius Vizier,

00:18Mr. Kiao Yunping, Director General of Shandong Administration of Sports,

00:22and Mr. Liu Chengliang, President of the Chinese Judo Association.

00:37In the under 63kgs, Manon Dekater faced Nkrillen Le Chagvetogu.

00:43Taking the contest into golden score,

00:45a yuko pushed the French athlete to her first Grand Prix gold medal.

00:52A milestone achievement on the international stage for Dekater,

00:58that she will never forget, delighting the crowd.

01:09In the under 73kgs, Yudai Tanaka faced Shakram Ahadov.
