00:00So now let's see how we can go ahead and enter out data as necessary inside of Excel right here.
00:12So I got a blank Excel sheet right here, a new workbook. So let's say I want to go ahead and
00:18add in a data right here. So for that, you can simply go ahead and click on any cell.
00:23And let's say I want to give the title for the cell right here. So I'm just going to say name
00:27right here. I'm using the arrow keys to navigate in between the cells. So over here in the beginning,
00:33I'm going to add in SN, that stands for symbol number, and then there's the A's right here.
00:40So over here, I'm going to add in 1, down 2, 3, right here. So you can simply go ahead and type
00:45as you can see right there to go ahead and enter out the data. So over here in name, I'm going to
00:52add in John. Let's say, for example, right here, just like this. And I'm going to go ahead and add
00:58in Emily right here. John, Emily, and Robert, as you can see right here. So now in the A's section,
01:05I'm going to go ahead and add in 25, 28, 24, let's say, for example, right here. And this is the data
01:12that I have now. So now in order to format it, I can simply select these out. And then you can see
01:19that I can bold this. So under the home tab, I can go ahead and bold it, italicize it, or underline
01:25it right here by clicking on these. But let me just go ahead and bold it right here. So you can
01:30see that the A's is pushed all the way on to the right right here. And this is the name right here.
01:36The symbol number is pushed all the way to the right as well. I can simply select all of these
01:40right here and center align it out as well so that it looks like a title as well. Similarly, for the A's
01:46as well, I can select it, center align it out. Or you can right align or left align or center align
01:52as you can see right here. For the symbol number as well, let me just go ahead and center align this
01:57out. So now I don't need exact spaces. There's too much spaces for symbol number. Maybe for name,
02:04I want more space and for A's, I want less. In that case, I can simply click and drag out my cell
02:10right here just like this. I can click and drag out on the top to change the width of the cell space
02:15as well. And this is what you have. And for the name, I can increase it out. I can even go ahead
02:20and change out the row as you can see right here. But I'm just going to keep it as it is right here.
02:26And that is how you can simply go ahead and then enter out data as you like and edit out data as well.
02:33So if I were to add in Jonathan right here, this is what you have. You can go ahead and double click
02:38and enter it out. And if I were to go around over here, you can see that I can go to the formula bar
02:44over here on the top as well and make the changes as well, just like that. And that is how you can
02:49go ahead and enter and edit out data inside of Microsoft Excel. So if you found this video useful,
