National champions Deefnec Force could not defend a 1-0 lead against Barbados club Wales FC in their penultimate Group B match of the Concacaf Caribbean Cup last evening.  Joshua Araujo-Wilson's first goal was cancelled out by a late second half equaliser from Ackeel Applewhaite to force a 1-1 draw.  The draw leaving the Army men needing a victory on the final round next week against Group winners Cibao FC, as they are seek a top-two finish ahead of defending champions Cavalier FC and Wales.

00:00With home field advantage, the TTPFL champions defense force had a chance to take a step closer to a semi-final spot in the Caribbean Cup against Wales FC.

00:09And while chances were few, the army men were on the front foot early on against the Bajan side.
