00:00Do you own a gun, a .38 revolver?
00:04I do.
00:06About one three years ago, someone was stalking me.
00:09I didn't feel safe.
00:11Are you still in possession?
00:12Just cut to the chase, OK?
00:15We have reason to believe a woman of your height and body type
00:19shot and killed Carter Mills.
00:20You're saying I'm a suspect.
00:23So I'm asking your permission to check your gun,
00:28to prove that it wasn't involved in the shooting
00:30so that we can clear you.
00:35You don't want to dust my gun.
00:36Get a warrant.
00:44You're really doing this, huh?
00:45I asked for permission, but I just want to start in the back.
00:49Take the bedroom.
00:58Hey, check it out.
01:05Dark hoodie.
01:06OK, bag it.
01:06Get it over the lab.
01:11Need you to open the safe.
01:13It's all spilled out in the warrant, Sam.
01:15You know how this works.
01:21No gun.
01:24Come on, Sam.
01:25Where is the gun?
01:26No more questions.
01:29When you're done searching my apartment, please leave.
