These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
Many of the other international group members also say the organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator handlers will exploit any dummy retarded enough to be a perp puppet for the corrupt officials and the handlers. The dirty officials and handlers will run away and hide themselves to let their gangstalking perp puppets take the heat and hassles is anything goes wrong. That is why the gangstalking perps and collaborators will loiter around far too long for my group associates and I to collect them and make them internet famous to all kinds of nice and/or nasty international organizations and their global members.
You all should be watching the night time part of this video on the streets and in two of the gas stations and stores. The loiter bicycle perp and the faces standing around inside and outside the two gas station stores are the points of interest inside of this video. The rest of this video is basically for international information sifting by human eyes, computers, and AI artificial intelligence tools.
The next weekend is rapidly approaching and I need more uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators to pass along to the others at those online and offline meetings with them. I do not even care who's perps and collaborators I collect and share, as any perp and collaborator will do just fine.
