00:15So the thing is within that forum actually we all sign an addendum that we will actually ensure that corruption is not a part of what we do as a business.
00:30So the thing is this is in line with what we have done then and we are taking it forward with our members and everyone else and we actually signing a pledge as well today and taking it forward.
00:43What are the main challenges faced now at the moment?
00:46Challenges I guess in any industry when you go forward there are these challenges as we have discussed just now this morning.
00:55The thing is whether you give gifts for favours, whether someone asks something before they can do something for you.
01:05All these things are challenges that will always be there within the industry and everywhere throughout.
01:10But the thing is how can we make sure that it doesn't continue?
01:14How can we make sure that it improves to a sense that very minimal such things happen?
01:22But we can only do it with technology and with no human interaction.
01:27And I think customs and everyone else have actually gone into a lot of processes within the last one year to actually limit face-to-face interactions.
01:37Is there any technology which you think that can be employed or adopted?
01:43Customs have already put in a system called MySeed. MySeed is being implemented in 26 January 1st onwards and we are already on trial basis where the custom officers actually do not see the agents face-to-face.
02:01It's a system to hold all the documentation and everything else. You don't have to bring the physical documentation to the customer anymore.
02:08You just put in the system. Customers can view it and then give the approval accordingly.

02:15Yes, very minimal. Unless of course there are certain things that they still want to check or see physically. Other than that, not required.
02:24It's now under a pilot?
02:25Yes, it's right now under a pilot. It's been on pilot for the last two months and by 1st January it will be fully implemented.
