00:00to get to where he was today. You can do the same thing. There's no time clock on when you can start

00:07and don't let your age stop you from doing what you want to do with your life. Take that chance.

00:13If you want to do something new, do it. You have time now. The time is now. Don't live with regret

00:22because you didn't take a chance and bet on yourself. Now is the time. If you are struggling

00:29with that, I want you to sit down, write yourself a letter of right things that you want to do

00:34that you haven't done and take that chance and complete one of those things off that list.

00:39I don't care how big or small it is, but you also have to give yourself grace and you have to be

00:45patient as you go along this journey because I believe in you. Now all you have to do is believe

00:51in yourself. If you don't take a chance, you don't stand the chance to succeed in whatever it is that

00:58you want to do. So take that chance, honey. You can do it because my motto is, if it scares me,

01:06then I can do it. Anything that I have been fearful of or has scared me or has challenged me,

01:13I took that chance and did it any way. And once I completed it and I accomplished it and I crushed it,

01:21I kept going because I took a chance on me. You can do the same thing just as I have and just like

01:29Richard has with his company. He moved out of the United States into Costa Rica to build in another

01:38country. Isn't that amazing? You can do the same thing because his dream was bigger than him. He saw other

01:47people that needed his help to succeed in life and he's helping them do that. You can too. So do what

01:56needs to be done and take a chance on your life because you only have one. Are you going to take

02:03a chance now or are you going to live with regret? I think you should take that chance starting now.

02:10So for the rest of this week and from here on out, take those chances, honey, big or small. I don't

02:18care what it is. Take a chance and I'm pretty sure you will have a better attitude and you'll be more

02:26fulfilled because you accomplished something that scared you and you took a chance. Believe in
