00:22premises suspected of illegal activities.
00:26Of the 42 individuals screened, 28 foreigners aged between 21 and 35 were detained for various
00:33immigration offences, including overstaying and lacking valid travel documents.
00:39Those arrested comprised two Thai women, one Chinese man and three Chinese women, five
00:44Myanmar women, twelve Indonesian women, four Vietnamese women, and one Indian man.
00:51They have been sent to the KLIA Immigration Depot for further investigation.
00:56Zakaria said the outlets operated as spas or reflexology centres during the day, using formal
01:02names and decor as a front.
01:05Their illicit activities intensified at night, with sexual services and water bath sessions
01:10promoted through business cards, social media, and messaging apps.
01:15The packages were priced between RM200 and RM350, depending on the service and duration, with
01:21some parlours earning up to RM300,000 a month.
01:25Zakaria said that firm action will also be taken against those who employ or shelter undocumented
01:31migrants.
