00:09They made the comments during a meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, aimed at easing tensions and improving communication between the two countries.
00:17U.S. Representative Adam Smith, who's heading the bipartisan congressional delegation, says he hopes both countries can keep military-to-military dialogue open to ease tensions and avoid mishaps.
