00:09Six years have passed since I last stood in this Grand Hall

00:13and addressed a world that was prosperous and at peace in my first term.

00:19Since that day, the guns of war have shattered the peace I forged on two continents.

00:24An era of calm and stability gave way to one of the great crises of our time.

00:33And here in the United States, four years of weakness, lawlessness, and radicalism

00:38under the last administration delivered our nation into a repeated set of disasters.

00:46One year ago, our country was in deep trouble.

00:50But today, just eight months into my administration,

00:54we are the hottest country anywhere in the world.

00:58And there is no other country even close.
