00:13This comes from Thailand Currency Act 1958.

00:27That's Criminal Code Section 372.

00:34If you live on someone else's land for 10 years without being stopped,
00:38you can actually claim the ownership of that.
00:41That's right, Civil and Commercial Code Section 1382 makes it possible.
