Please Follow Me! Thank's for watching...
Transcript
00:00Previously on Sam and Billy's Sister Act, Sam had an exciting launch in Dubai.
00:06Oh my gosh!
00:07Wow!
00:08Why does she feel really about it?
00:10Oh, I'm so proud of you.
00:12But despite making it out to join her, Billy had major health concerns.
00:16That was the doctor.
00:17They've got a mild positive for Lyme's disease.
00:19Okay.
00:20Don't cry.
00:21It's no matter what happens, it'll get you better.
00:24And the stress of recent events at home was overwhelming.
00:27She's had three seizures in nine months.
00:29The last one, the paramedic, the blue light, that's the hospital.
00:32He was ringing the hospital, he's like, she ain't responding.
00:35Cry, let it out.
00:54This morning, Sam and Billy are heading out together, so mum Sue has come over to babysit.
00:59Oh, horsey, yeah.
01:02What's Nell Nell's horse called?
01:04Mummy.
01:05Yeah.
01:06Did you see me?
01:08Did you see me?
01:09Did you see me?
01:10She went to me and saw me.
01:11Mummy, excited to see Eddie.
01:14Oh, you love Eddie, don't you?
01:16Yeah.
01:17My mum is going to look after Edward and Margot because we are off to a rebirthing meditation.
01:24This has come at a really good time because I have been really stressed about this ongoing
01:30illness that I've got.
01:31So I feel like today could really help me.
01:34Here he is.
01:36Hi.
01:37Hi.
01:38Hey.
01:39Hi.
01:40Hi.
01:41Samantha has planned the rebirthing meditation and I'm not quite sure what to expect.
01:46Be good for Nanny.
01:47Yeah, I will.
01:48Yeah.
01:49It's so nice of Mum to give us some time to ourselves today.
01:55I know, good old Nanny Susie saves the day again.
01:58We'll let you know how our breast work goes.
02:00Yeah.
02:01Bring cookie-eye for each other.
02:02Yeah.
02:03With the youngest cousins preoccupied...
02:05Hi.
02:06Love you.
02:07Hi.
02:08Love you all.
02:09What is this today?
02:10I've never done anything like this.
02:11Well, I've never done it before.
02:12And I can't say I'm the expert, but I felt like given this past month, what you've been
02:24going through, not with only your own illness, but Arthur and Margot, I feel like this can
02:29really help to relax and release some stresses and traumas and it could even be things that
02:37you've been holding in for many years.
02:40Like...
02:41What's up, Holly?
02:43It would be nice if you took something away from this and you could take yourself into
02:47your room for ten minutes each day and do your own breath work.
02:50Since Dubai, I have been quite worried about my sister.
02:52I feel like she's been under a lot of stress and she's been super poorly.
02:55So, I'm going to bring out Holistic Sam and I've been looking into the rebirth in
02:59meditation.
03:00Billy's a little bit apprehensive about it, but I'm hoping that it would help her.
03:04Welcome to relaxation.
03:06Yeah.
03:07It's wonderful.
03:08Hi.
03:09Hello ladies.
03:10Hello.
03:11Arriving at the workshop, Sam and Billy prepare themselves for their first ever rebirthing
03:20experience.
03:21Have you done breath work before?
03:23No.
03:24Not properly anyway.
03:26So, we're going to be doing the rebirth in conscious, connected breath today.
03:31There's lots of different types of breathing techniques, but this one specifically is to
03:36get deep within the body and to bring up the emotions that are trapped.
03:42This couldn't have come at a better time.
03:44The idea is to get a big deep active inhale into the belly and on the exhale, you're just
03:49letting go.
03:50So, it kind of goes a little bit like this.
03:54Whatever you're feeling, surrender and allow yourself to feel it because that's where the
03:59magic happens.
04:00Because in life, when we experience traumas and stresses, we hold our breath, we tighten
04:06up.
04:07And that's our nervous system just completely here, there and everywhere.
04:10So, this is to clear it and then regulate it and bring it back into that safe space, into
04:16that relaxation.
04:17If there is blockages in the body, what can happen is that you may experience something
04:24that's called technique.
04:25And I have to say this because some people can get scared at the physical sensations that
04:30happen in the body.
04:31I think I was just breathing, but it's so powerful.
04:33So, you might just start to tense.
04:36Just breathe.
04:41So, gently close your eyes.
04:43Got to remember to breathe.
04:46Take your breath to the soles of your feet.
04:49Just breathe.
04:50And on the exhale, just let go.
04:53This may be fear, anger, sadness, grief, but this is today.
04:59This is something I have never done before.
05:06It's like the maddest experience.
05:09Like, I'm getting all flashbacks from memories.
05:12It was so weird.
05:13And my whole body was tingling.
05:15Stay with that breath, guys.
05:17You are safe.
05:18You are held and you are loved.
05:21This is deep work.
05:23This is warrior work.
05:24That's what we call the conscious heart worries.
05:27Because we recognise it takes strength.
05:30It takes courage and bravery to go into those spaces,
05:35and the places that can cause us so much hurt and pain.
05:41And once we face something, and we realise there is nothing to be here,
05:46that is when your light and magic happens.
05:49I've never actually focused on myself this much before in anything like this.
05:52I feel like it was just a whirlwind of emotions.
05:54It is tapping into emotions that we've probably held onto for years.
05:58That was incredible.
06:00Oh, my gosh.
06:01I actually probably think I felt every single emotion.
06:03Oh, my God.
06:04I was hot.
06:05I was cold.
06:06I was numb.
06:07I had pins and needles at one point.
06:08I had pins and needles in my whole body.
06:10I was scared.
06:11Yeah, I know.
06:12Because I felt completely out of control of my body.
06:15And I thought I was going into, like, a seizure or something.
06:18Like...
06:19It's all them programmes coming up.
06:20The fear.
06:21Yeah.
06:22The worry.
06:23Sometimes we don't even know what we feel, right?
06:25Yeah.
06:26Because we're just on autopilot, being vulnerable in these spaces.
06:29It's really powerful work.
06:31I've probably got loads and loads of traumas.
06:33Picking out my eyelashes, our dad going to prison.
06:36I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease about 12 years ago.
06:40And that was all stress-related.
06:42But I could never pinpoint what that stress was.
06:45And it was, like, not knowing how to deal with that stress.
06:47I didn't even know what Crohn's disease was.
06:4912 years ago, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease.
06:52My weight plummeted to 6.5 stone.
06:55At one point, the doctors thought
06:56that I would have to remove 70% of my bowel.
06:59But I decided to go down the holistic route
07:01and my condition got so much better.
07:03I guess the only thing is, from a young age,
07:05I pulled out my eyelashes.
07:07During that time of being diagnosed with Crohn's,
07:10I picked them out so much more.
07:12And I think that was my way of self-soothing.
07:15I still pick out my eyelashes today,
07:17but now it's more of a subconscious thing.
07:19Yeah.
07:20So, although you're an adult now,
07:22your little inner child will still be holding.
07:24Absolutely.
07:25I just felt like there was so much, kind of, judgment and stuff.
07:28Yes.
07:29Especially in the line of what we do.
07:30I was just thinking, like, that can all go,
07:31because people are going to judge me no matter what I do.
07:34Exactly.
07:35I think, for me, it's probably more like...
07:41like, feeling...
07:43Sorry.
07:44No, don't get there.
07:45Just let the tears come up.
07:47This is why you're here, darling.
07:49Just feeling anxious.
07:51Yeah.
07:52I'm not sure now what I was made for.
07:58Like, it's like a...
08:00What was I...
08:01Like, unsettled feeling sometimes.
08:03Yeah.
08:04Yeah.
08:05I think a lot of it started when...
08:09So, my little girl, Margot, she's two, and...
08:14She has, like, sometimes these seizures when her temperature's higher.
08:19I definitely think it's left me with, like, a...
08:22Like, always anxious that it's going to happen again.
08:24It's happening.
08:25Like, on...
08:26Yeah, like, on edge.
08:27She's had, like, three, nine months.
08:29But I think...
08:30I do think...
08:31Like, it definitely makes me feel...
08:34Like, unsettled and anxious a lot.
08:37Yeah, of course.
08:38Cool.
08:39And then I think that's probably what's led on to...
08:42I've been really ill.
08:43And it's still, like, a little bit up in the air,
08:45but just feeling, like, horrendous joint pain, fatigue.
08:49Yeah.
08:50A rash, like, all over my back, on my stomach.
08:52Yeah.
08:53And it's just been horrible.
08:55And people at their lowest point,
08:57that's when you can really make big transformations.
09:00Healing from the inside out,
09:02so that you become your safe space.
09:04Yeah.
09:05I had no idea that this workshop was going to be this emotional for me.
09:09And, actually, I think I have been anxious, haven't I,
09:12holding on to a lot of things the last few months.
09:15You know, I've been worried about my health,
09:16things with Margot, and just juggling life.
09:19So, it's probably quite a good thing that this has,
09:22hopefully, brought this all out.
09:24Obviously, you know that, if ever you need me,
09:26I'm always here for you.
09:27So, if you need more time for breath work,
09:28or if you need to have the kids, I'm here for you.
09:33Coming up, Sam and Billy reveal their unearthed traumas.
09:36What memories was you getting?
09:38One in particular, when he was in hospital.
09:40I sometimes have bad nightmares about that.
09:43It was very traumatic, wasn't it, that really?
09:45Yeah.
09:46Hello!
09:47How are you?
09:48How are you?
09:49Before they kickstart their journey to eternal youth.
09:52You can reverse a decade, two decades, three decades.
09:55That is amazing.
09:56Make me 17 again.
09:57Yeah.
09:58After an emotional rebirthing session, the girls arrive back at Billy's house.
10:15Hello.
10:16Hello, you two.
10:17Have you been good for Nanny?
10:19She had quite the experience.
10:21My gosh.
10:22That was not what I was expecting from today, by the way.
10:24No.
10:25I thought it was just going to be a bit of, like, how to sort of, like, you know, like,
10:28be a bit more zen, like, meditate.
10:30Oh, I can't wait to hear all about it.
10:32I can't wait for this lunch.
10:33Yeah.
10:34Oh, my gosh.
10:35With lunch ready...
10:36Oh, look at that.
10:37...Sam and Billy sit down with Sue to fill her in on how much the workshop impacted them.
10:42Basically, people hold on to things, whether it's traumas or anxiety.
10:48But what it does is it can just sit with you forever and make an impact on your life.
10:53Oh, yeah.
10:54When your breath travels through your cells like that, your mind takes you to all these deeper, different memories.
11:01What memories was you getting?
11:03One in particular, actually, was with Nanny Wendy, when Nanny Wendy was in hospital.
11:08And that always...
11:09I sometimes have bad nightmares about that as well.
11:12It was very traumatic, wasn't it, that really?
11:15Yeah.
11:16Around the time of Covid, my Nan went into hospital.
11:20She deteriorated in such a short amount of time.
11:23Within seven days, she died in hospital.
11:26And it was a really stressful time because there was so many rules and regulations.
11:31We had to wear all the outfits and it was just a very, very stressful time.
11:37Erm...
11:38And, like, obviously, so sad and shocking.
11:41That kept coming to the front of my mind.
11:43But loads of things.
11:44It was so...
11:45Some really positive things.
11:46It was just all different.
11:47Just, like, coming out of nowhere.
11:48Mine was, like, Nanny Wendy and Grandad Mick.
11:51Like, it was, like, a really white light.
11:53And then I can almost, like...
11:55Like, I don't know, it was, like, Nanny Wendy's smell...
11:57You know, like, her smell of her perfume.
11:59It was, like, oh, it was so mad.
12:01Like, it was like they was there.
12:02And you know where my rash is?
12:04It was burning.
12:05And my legs were completely numb.
12:07I couldn't feel my legs.
12:09With what they do, it's about letting go of that.
12:11Letting go of that negative energy.
12:13Yeah.
12:14Which is, like, running through your body, you know?
12:15It's, like, flashes, isn't it?
12:17I can't explain it.
12:18What you have to do...
12:19Sounds a little bit supernatural.
12:20It's your soul that lives on for eternity.
12:22This is just our Earth suit.
12:24She didn't say that, but...
12:26I love that, Earth suit.
12:28It's true, but if you think about it,
12:30it's just our skin, it's just our eye colour,
12:32it's just our hair.
12:33It's not, it's your soul, isn't it?
12:35And it's, like, connecting your soul
12:37and being grounded.
12:39It's really amazed me, actually,
12:41because I never, I didn't expect that this morning.
12:44Well, I'm glad you both got something out of it.
12:48I think that this is the perfect start
12:51to a journey of trying to find the best version of ourselves.
12:54I think sometimes we can get preoccupied
12:57with how things look on the outside,
13:00our hair, our skin, our clothes,
13:02but actually what's really important
13:04is what's going on on the inside.
13:06And I really believe that trauma and stress
13:08can start to impact us physically
13:10if you don't address it properly.
13:12Yeah, like, that's sort of what's happened with me.
13:14We've got them blood tests, haven't we, Sue?
13:16Which are going to tell us our biological age.
13:19We're getting on to middle-aged mums
13:21and I suppose, like you say, now the kids...
13:23You're not middle-aged yet, you're 35.
13:25I'm 35, I think that's middle-aged, isn't it?
13:27Of course it's not, I'm middle-aged.
13:28I might as well be an old OAP if you're a middle-aged.
13:32I found this test and it will reveal our biological age.
13:36So, although we might be 34 and 35,
13:38our bodies could be ageing faster.
13:40That's true.
13:41I'm going to live to 100, to be honest.
13:42Oh.
13:43Get a letter from the key.
13:44Well, I think getting all these answers this year, we might.
13:46Sam and Billy might be setting themselves milestones this year,
13:56but Greg's got a big one of his own approaching
13:58and there's a lot of planning to do.
14:00What are you looking at?
14:03Just looking at the hotel.
14:05Let's have a look.
14:06Oh yeah, it looks so nice.
14:07Mm.
14:08Greg is turning the big 4-0 soon and he's planning a trip away to Dubai,
14:15child-free, with all our family and friends.
14:18It's going to be basically a four-day party.
14:22So we fly there, get there that night, get to the hotel,
14:25check in, bit of dinner, go to bed.
14:27Yeah.
14:28Next day we've got the boat party.
14:29Yeah.
14:30That's like your actual birthday.
14:31Yeah.
14:32It's going to go so quick.
14:33In and out.
14:34But it's going to be really good fun.
14:36I am feeling a little bit nervous about going away
14:39whilst I'm still not feeling 100%.
14:41I know obviously it is going to be a big party,
14:45but I'm hoping I can get a little bit of downtime to relax as well.
14:48Are you feeling fabulous at 40?
14:50Well, I always get comments, oh God, you look really old.
14:53What?
14:54No, you don't.
14:55You don't look old.
14:57No, you don't, you don't look old.
14:59Definitely not.
15:00You know what I mean?
15:01No.
15:02Those are like wrinkles here.
15:03Yeah, but that's expression.
15:04I wouldn't say that.
15:05That's from laughing so much.
15:07And smiling.
15:08People say that 40, life just begins.
15:11Because you kind of like know...
15:13Know what's going down.
15:14You know where you're at.
15:15You know what you want in life.
15:16You know the next big one's 50.
15:17Margot's only going to be 12.
15:19So I'm going to be like 60.
15:2260 before the kids are totally off hand.
15:24I know.
15:25Greg made it so clear that he did not want any kids at his party.
15:31So it will be really nice because it means we can all let our hair down and have a really fun child-free trip.
15:37I do really, really need some ideas for you for your birthday.
15:43You're such a hard person to buy for.
15:45I know.
15:46I just need clothes because I don't ever buy myself clothes.
15:47Because look what happened when I went out and bought clothes.
15:49Yeah.
15:50Come back with all that football hooligan stuff and all that.
15:52But saying that, I'm not worried about labels anymore.
15:54High street.
15:55Yeah, I'm just, I'm easy.
15:57Don't go spending loads of money on me.
15:59I'm a 40-year-old man.
16:00What else can I get?
16:01You've got everything you need, haven't you?
16:04I have.
16:05Yeah.
16:06Yeah.
16:20Today, sisters Sam and Billy are in London, where they're having tests to determine their biological ages.
16:27Are you excited?
16:28I am, actually.
16:29Me too.
16:30Are we feeling 50 or are we feeling 20?
16:3220 at the moment I'm feeling 100 I am really excited for this test but also
16:38slightly nervous I know could you imagine if one of us are like really
16:42older than the other yeah this is exciting very you guys are about to do
16:54something but to be honest not enough people do because you're here to find
16:59out your biological yeah age right which is your real age yeah so it's not the
17:04number in your passport it's the number in your biology right how long do you
17:09want to live for I want to be a great great grandma
17:12Danny Margo she was our great nan and then we had children it was a great great
17:18yeah so that's what I would love to be so you've got the potential genes then
17:23essentially yeah I just don't want to grow old to where there's no quality of
17:28life quite so what you're talking about is this sort of gap between lifespan and
17:33health span and what you want ideally is that gap between the two to be so short
17:38for most people those last 20 years are unwell sick dependent but yeah if you're
17:45really proactive about your health now actually that's not going to be the case
17:49Danny Sue is definitely grandparent goals but I also want to be really active when
17:54I'm a great grandparent yeah I feel like the way these joints are at the minute I
17:58already am one
17:59I haven't been very well basically my immune system has attacked the healthy
18:05tissue in my joints do you think that's going to affect this test so it's going to
18:09uncover yeah the level to which this is actually now stimulating inflammation and
18:16this process which is a lovely word inflammation because inflammation speeds up
18:25aging and that's what we want to do we want to kind of get get you as young as
18:29possible from your biology because that's then what later on triggers diseases and
18:35illnesses etc the test that we're about to do has also got some prediction in it so
18:4010 years before you can even get symptoms you could potentially pick up those small
18:46signals you couldn't prevent you'll do something about it yeah we both got three
18:51children each and we're like in our 30s now I used to be super fit and I used to
18:58go to the gym all the time yeah since having my kids I've not been consistent in
19:01years like I'm talking in 10 years and when you have children and you're working
19:06you're doing everything for everybody else but you never read anything for
19:08yourself health is so pivotal isn't it if you have purpose in your life yeah you
19:13actually add seven and a half years to your lifespan if you ever had anyone in
19:18their 30s come in done the test and it's like wow oh my gosh this is not good yes
19:23really yeah so and is that person feel like they was fine yes that isn't it I'll
19:30just share my number with you then my prediction is to live a 1 million hour
19:36life how old is that so 1 million hours is a hundred and fourteen years wow we
19:44can achieve that you can achieve that my own biological age is 31 years younger oh
19:55wow so you can go you can reverse a decade two decades three decades that is amazing you make
20:03me 17 again yeah if she can take three decades off our age I feel like Nelly and Rosie will actually let
20:10us hang out with them yeah so it's a finger prick test okay and then we drop blood onto a spot card
20:16okay I actually think my biological age is going to be higher I think especially where I've not been well
20:21well well if mine's younger I'm going to be throwing a 30th birthday party again
20:25good we are done I'm actually quite positive about it because whatever the result is yes it's gonna be a
20:40positive outcome once you measure it you can modify it yeah that's the most important thing to remember
20:43so that's gonna go whisking off to the lab okay and I'll get back in touch in a couple of weeks time
20:48thank you so much thank you so lovely to meet you thank you see you in a couple of weeks see you later thank you bye
20:57bye
21:06with their blood test done it's time for a debrief over lunch
21:10if it comes home we're like six-year-old women no if it does it's what a really interesting year again yeah
21:17god to turn that clock back I guess that the goal is to try and live for a million hours a million hour club
21:24yeah now Dr. Alka's told us you can live for a million hours that's definitely my new goal
21:30well I'm kind of worried that she might be telling me that I've lived my million hours biological age
21:35so I think I'm probably just gonna leave setting goals at the minute
21:39what comes up which we'd never think of in these tests is purpose and all I was thinking of is mum
21:45because she feels she hasn't got a purpose
21:47I feel that mum is at her most happiest when she's like at home with all her grandchildren but then
21:55I feel like for mum she needs to take back something for herself
21:59yeah like her own purpose
22:00her own purpose yeah which is like I think career with mum a little bit
22:03I'm working or what what's gonna fulfill me some people find their purpose really early in life
22:08but I don't even think that I've found my actual purpose in life like my here on this earth
22:13same
22:14like but I think mum's age and the menopause makes that worse
22:18yeah I still need to sort out Greg's birthday present
22:22well we can go shopping from here and have a little browse around the shop
22:25yeah definitely
22:28coming up
22:31quick come sit in the toilet
22:32the juggle is real for Billy
22:34I am using it I'm waiting for a phone call Arthur please give me my phone
22:38three two one
22:40and whilst work continues to be non-stop for Sam
22:43she contemplates adding even more to her plate
22:45there could be another younger nightly one day though couldn't there
22:48it could be
22:57I could have my Gucci on
22:59Gucci on
23:00I could wear my Louis Vuitton
23:03with Billy in need of some gift advice
23:05the sisters hit the shops
23:07Greg is the hardest person to buy for
23:09really it's really difficult to buy for
23:11if Greg goes clothes shopping for himself
23:14sometimes he's trying to find things which are a little bit cool
23:18and then he shows me and I'm like no Greg I don't think you should be wearing that
23:21or he sort of tends to stick to the same kind of thing but in different colours
23:26now he's like approaching 40
23:28I feel like he does want a little bit of a revamp with his style
23:32would he wear a nice cap?
23:33no
23:34he's definitely not a cap wearer
23:37he used to be like one of those that would like spend a lot of money on clothes
23:42yeah
23:43and then as he's got older he's not really fussed
23:45I think it's hard for like a man for a big birthday right
23:49started my 30th he knew there was a bag that I loved
23:53there was a necklace that I really liked you know like jewellery bags
23:56you can't really do that for men
23:58I'm just looking for a couple of little wrap up things for Greg today
24:01because I am actually surprising him with a trip to Mykonos
24:06just the two of us
24:07how does he even feel about turning 40?
24:09it doesn't bother him
24:10you know like
24:11he's not fussed
24:12I think women are a bit more like oh my gosh like I'm turning 40
24:14yeah
24:15but I do look at Greg and I do think
24:17like I don't think he looks 40
24:20like men are so lucky they can be 40s, 50s, 60s and still be top of their game
24:25yeah
24:26and look good because they age better
24:27imagine us getting like all rugged and not taking care of ourselves
24:29I know
24:30it just doesn't work like that
24:31yeah it's different isn't it
24:33this sort of stuff like the zips
24:35this is all very Greg what he would wear with jeans
24:37yeah
24:38see that he hasn't got something like that
24:41yeah
24:42should I go for this one for Greg?
24:43yeah
24:44lovely
24:45okay

29:15and he looked at a few of my other results
29:17and he said to me
29:18I'm almost certain this is not Lyme disease
29:21oh my god that's incredible
29:23yeah
29:24he said I'm going to do some more
29:25very more specific detailed bloods
29:27but he was like
29:28I don't think this is presenting as Lyme disease
29:30that was his opinion
29:32well that's a good thing
29:33but
29:34yeah we'll see
29:35what is it?
29:36what else is making you feel like this?
29:38I'm so relieved that it isn't Lyme disease
29:40the only thing this does mean now
29:42is that I still actually don't know what is wrong with me
29:44so I do feel like I'm back to square one
29:46well
29:47obviously they'll get to the bottom of it

30:32to be able to have a proper catch up
30:34without being interrupted by a small person
30:35every five minutes
30:36I took my dad out the other day
30:38and he said when they said no allergies
30:40he went no just alcohol
30:42yeah he's done so well though hasn't he?
30:44he's done amazing
30:45so he's done eight whole months
30:46he said that he went to a funeral the other day
30:48he said that was probably the hardest hurdle
30:51that he's come to was being at a funeral
30:53oh really?
30:54he said because it was like a good friend of his that had died
30:55he felt like he needed to be having a drink to toast his life
30:58he said I was there not even 20 minutes and had to leave
31:01yeah like all these occasions that you just drink at me
31:03you'd think it would be like partying would be hard
31:05but actually for him it was the opposite
31:07he felt like it was a huge temptation so he left
31:09I went well well done like you left you done it
31:12it's just crazy isn't it?
31:14he's like new lease of life
31:16he's in the gym every day
31:18gym I know
31:19he looks amazing
31:20he's got to wait on like because dad wasn't eating
31:22like all the time he was such an alcoholic
31:24he just wasn't eating anything
31:26so if you imagine like
31:27and Eloise laughing because he's like
31:29oh I've got to lose a bit of
31:30I went yeah but you actually look really good
31:31I went you don't want to be a skinny old man
31:32from then till like now
31:34what are like
31:35the difference
31:36he doesn't even think he would have made this birthday
31:37if he'd moved
31:38I don't think he probably would have done
31:39you can tell when he talks about it
31:41he's a bit
31:42gets a bit choked up
31:43but you would wouldn't you
31:44because I feel like he has a lot of regrets
31:45in terms of like
31:46being around for family more
31:48and the grandkids and us
31:49don't realise the difference
31:50and what we've been exposed to
31:51well done

31:58I mean you know Billy was really poorly
32:00yeah
32:01not so long ago
32:02so we've been doing biological age tests
32:04doing everything and anything
32:06on this kind of like wellness
32:08wellness check
32:09health
32:10to me I was like
32:11I want to do it all homeopathic
32:12and holistic
32:13and just kind of
32:14see what's going on
32:15with the bodies
32:16I think when you get to your 30s
32:17everything starts changing
32:18yeah it does
32:19skin starts changing a little bit
32:21yeah
32:22like body a bit more
32:23and I think like
32:24I start getting a bit more tired
32:26but they say
32:27women need more sleep than men
32:28they do
32:29we need 12 hours
32:30oh lovely
32:31yes
32:32can we have this
32:33for part of our wellness journey

32:44once every couple of months
32:45it's not enough though is it
32:46no it's not
32:47it's such a treat
32:48to have a proper catch up with Claudia
32:50even though we find ourselves
32:51talking about the kids

33:12yeah
33:13that is
33:14I know
33:15if I could I'd probably have five
33:16I know what you mean
33:17six, seven
33:18but
33:19don't know Paul's gonna be like
33:20back up

33:22so we're making the same time
33:23yes I would have another baby
33:25but honestly it's been so hard having three
33:28so at this stage right now
33:30I'm really happy
33:31but
33:32I don't know
33:33maybe
33:34we're so lucky that we was in town on the same day

33:38I know
33:39we're not going home
33:40who are we?
33:41coming up
33:50Edward causes mischief at the farm shop
33:53hey
33:54they'll ask you to leave his restaurant
33:55where's he coming?
33:56I feel like I've massively turned a corner for last week
34:00he's not waking up in tears or anything
34:02and Billy puts her health worries aside as she heads to Dubai
34:17it's almost time for Greg's big birthday trip to Dubai
34:20it fit now you've been pumping some iron at the gym
34:25but first they need to decide what to pack
34:29so I'm thinking this shirt like white chinos
34:32and then shoes you got me for Christmas

34:46and I'm not worried about walking around in the top that'll cost 300-400 quid anymore
34:49are you excited?
34:50yeah it'd be nice to have like a few days
34:52without getting woken up at 6 o'clock in the morning with a screaming baby
34:56to be fair I am
34:58obviously I know I feel like I've not long got back from Samantha's
35:01but I have to be really honest with you
35:04up until I'd say the last week
35:07I've been kind of dreading it a bit
35:09only because how I've been feeling
35:11but I feel like I've massively turned a corner the last week
35:14yeah you're actually not waking up in tears or anything
35:18obviously I know I was in Dubai for Samantha's
35:21but it was very different

35:40do you know what I mean
35:41I don't want to go backwards Greg
35:43I feel quite relieved that I'm feeling a lot better for Greg's birthday trip
35:47because I obviously haven't been very well
35:50and I wasn't looking forward to it as much
35:52thinking I'm going to be in a lot of pain out there still
35:55but I feel like now I can just really relax and enjoy the trip
35:59these have got to go

36:12yeah
36:13bit like what we wore at the wedding in the Maldives
36:15we're going to miss you little poppet
36:17sometimes it is really hard to leave the kids
36:19however Greg and I haven't done anything like this with our friends for such a long time
36:23and I feel like if you can't do it when you're 40 when can you do it?
36:27I haven't been able to train as much as I wanted to
36:29oh don't
36:30I feel the worst I've ever felt
36:32such a shame
36:33the good thing is you're on the mend and we'll all be there for four nights
36:37no kids
36:38I was really thinking about doing the Saturday Night Fever dance on the boat
36:42and then I tried to do it
36:44sorry what?
36:45so badly
36:46I did?
36:47I attempted to do it
36:48go and show me
36:49he does like this
36:50sorry it's like when you're a kid
36:51he does like this
36:52he goes like this
36:53he goes like this
36:54like John Travolta goes like this
36:56and when it swings back up
