00:00Previously on Sam and Billy, Sister Act.
00:02Your biological age is...
00:05There was shocking news for Billy...
00:0759.
00:08Oh, my God.
00:11Oh, my God.
00:12And Sam.
00:13And for you, there's MI, which is a myocardial infarction,
00:17which means a heart attack.
00:19Oh, my gosh.
00:20How did Grandad George die?
00:23A heart attack.
00:25Tuck in, back arch.
00:27Which prompted a health kick.
00:30The boobs are really big.
00:31This is like very big.
00:33And sparked concerns for their mum, Sue.
00:36What comes up, which we'd never think of in these tests,
00:38is purpose.
00:40And all I was thinking of was mum.
00:41Because she feels she hasn't got a purpose.
00:44Today, it's mum, Sue's 56th birthday.
00:59Ooh.
01:00That morning's always tough.
01:02And it's an early start because the sisters are treating her to a spa day to celebrate.
01:07Are you looking forward to today?
01:10Yeah, can't wait.
01:11I've had quite a lot of health issues going on and it has been quite stressful.
01:16And mum's been feeling a little bit down in her menopause.
01:18So I feel like a spa day is the perfect day out.
01:22Doing a left up here, sharp left.
01:25Oh, here.
01:26Ah!
01:27Hello.
01:28Hello.
01:29Here we are.
01:30All in cream.
01:31All in beige.
01:32I forgot the name.
01:33Smart attire.
01:34Why do you always wear the same clothes?
01:35I know.
01:36It's brilliant, isn't it?
01:37It's brilliant, isn't it?
01:38All I get is, how does your mum look so amazing at her age?
01:52Same.
01:53You need to start sharing tips.
01:57Starting with right now.
01:58There's loads of water.
02:00Loads of berries.
02:02How you keep your hair so nice.
02:04Oh, my hair.
02:05I hate my hair at the moment.
02:06And also, you need to do something drastic for it to look different.
02:09We need to do something, yeah.
02:10I've actually got an app.
02:12They do all different hairstyles.
02:13We can have a look.
02:14They're with a fringe.
02:15See, I like fringe, right?
02:17That's a bit Diana.
02:18That would be quite nice.
02:20Oh, my God.
02:22Why don't you go shoulder-length here and go blonder?
02:27Then I really will look like Mum.
02:32I think Mum needs a little bit of a boost at the minute.
02:35Yeah, I think she needs to get her confidence back again.
02:37Right, so now you're 56.
02:39What's your goals for this year?
02:41What are you thinking?
02:42What's the plan?
02:43I think you're in a bit of a rut.
02:44Yeah, I am.
02:45And you want to do something that you feel passionate about again.
02:49I do think, like, a lot more about my lifestyle.
02:51Obviously for myself, but I want to be there to be a great-grandmother.
02:55Yeah.
02:56That is one thing I will make you do, actually.
02:58Yes.
02:59Is prioritise your fitness.
03:00I'll go back to the gym.
03:01I know.
03:02I've got the menopause and all of a sudden I didn't want to do it.
03:04That's like mentally.
03:06And that will help the menopause.
03:07I know.
03:08I know it does.
03:09Because you need to strengthen your muscles.
03:10And help your sleep.
03:11I know.
03:12That's one thing I've promised myself this year that I'm going to do.
03:14Good.
03:15Yeah.
03:16Like every year we say, oh, you're going to find a man.
03:18This will be the year you'll probably find a man because you're not even bothered.
03:20Yeah.
03:21You're not even bothered, yeah.
03:22I wonder if there's, like, any UK versions of Kevin Costner out there.
03:25Kevin Costner.
03:26Kevin Costner.
03:27But you know what?
03:28Kevin Costner.
03:29J-Lo's got her eye on him, apparently.
03:31Oh, that's me out of the...
03:32But also, he's 70.
03:33He's 70.
03:34Could you imagine having Kevin Costner as a stepdad?
03:37Maybe we should get Mum signed up to Raya.
03:40Yes.
03:41That's a good idea.
03:42Again?
03:43Again.
03:44Slide into his DMs, be nice.
03:46No.
03:52With breakfast over...
03:54Hi.
03:55Hello.
03:56How are you?
03:57It's time for the girls to put their feet up and unwind.
03:59Hi, Mum.
04:00Nice to meet you.
04:01Mum.
04:02What are you thinking, Mum?
04:03I'm just going to go for the full body massage.
04:05Oh, good.
04:06Yeah.
04:07Samantha, that massage looks incredible.
04:08Very good.
04:09Samantha, I've actually taken on board your advice.
04:22I've cut out gluten.
04:23Oh, good.
04:24And also, I've barely eaten any sugar.
04:28Only a rich tea.
04:29Only a rich tea.
04:30But I've had a rich tea and a cup of tea, I'm not going to lie.
04:33What you need to always try and do is follow an anti-inflammatory diet.
04:37If anything's on your skin, like with your rash, is telling you that you've got something wrong in diet, it's always to do with diet.
04:45But it is more expensive to eat healthy.
04:46But it is more expensive to eat healthy.
04:49My farm shop bill, every time, I'm like, what, I've only got one dinner, it's over £100.
04:54It's ridiculous.
04:55Get yourself a little smallholding.
04:57Get your own cow's sheep and chicken.
04:59I know I've been talking about chickens for eight years, but I think this is my year to get them.
05:04So I can provide everyone with really lovely organic eggs.
05:08I'm going to get six.
05:09Why don't you name them after all the kids?
05:12That'd be so funny.
05:13Six kids.
05:14All my parents have been called Dave.
05:17So one of the chickens have to be called Dave.
05:20Get seven then.
05:22Actually get eight and do Dave and Sue.
05:25So, ladies, I think my treatment's about to start, so...
05:29Oh, mum, have a lovely treatment.
05:30Oh, enjoy yours.
05:31We'll meet you for a glass of champagne.
05:33Yeah.
05:34All right, I'll see you in a little bit.
05:36Enjoy.
05:37I do think mum seems a bit more relaxed now, like she's enjoying herself now, isn't she?
05:41Yeah, she didn't see myself at breakfast.
05:43So slow it down, take a moment now.
05:49Treatment's done.
05:51That was so nice, wasn't it?
05:54The sisters relax with some bubbles while they wait for mum Sue.
05:57That was the best massage I've ever had.
05:59I bet.
06:00You actually look really dewy and well rested.
06:03Do I?
06:04Yeah.
06:05I need a bit of that.
06:06I wonder how mum's getting on.
06:08Yeah.
06:09She never ever goes for a massage.
06:10No.
06:11I'm so glad she got one today.
06:12I bet she's really pleased she's done that actually now.
06:14She's suffering a bit in her menopause, but she's finding it hard to move forward.
06:18You know what also mum needs to do, and probably you too, because it would help with you, is have your hormones tested.
06:23Basically it's about levelling your hormones out.
06:25Mmm.
06:26Because when you're going for your menopause your hormones are like...
06:28Yeah.
06:29Why hasn't mum had a hormone test?
06:30Because then she knows what she's got too much of or too less of.
06:33Yes.
06:34And then you balance them out.
06:35That's not what we can all do together.
06:36Yeah.
06:37I mean look at us all, what a bunch.
06:38Your biological age is 59.
06:4059, I'm getting on for 16.
06:42I had a marker on my biological age that I could potentially have a heart attack.
06:46And mum's hormones were over the place, so I'm not even quite sure this spa's going to do anything for us.
06:55Hello, Susie.
06:56How was it?
06:57I've got to tell you, she was incredible.
06:59I love you.
07:00I must use to be constantly tense.
07:01Yeah, but do you know what, even the lady that done my massage, she said,
07:04you've got so much tension in your neck and shoulders.
07:06Oh, God.
07:07I can't tell you that it would go up rocks.
07:08We all need to relax a bit more.
07:09I know.
07:10We need to always spend a bit more time on ourselves.
07:11Shall we do it as a weekly?
07:13Happy birthday mum.
07:14Oh, thank you ladies.
07:15We love you.
07:16Love you too.
07:17I think it's going to be a really good year.
07:1856 is your year.
07:20Yeah, it certainly is.
07:21We love you.
07:22Mwah.
07:31After a relaxing morning at the spa, Sam is back home getting ready for a work event.
07:38I probably would wear something quite dressy for the occasion.
07:47Sorry guys.
07:48I, erm...
07:49The other day I noticed that my Nan's engagement ring wasn't here.
07:59I've just noticed that my black bag is missing.
08:04I only have two rucksacks and I've just noticed one's missing there.
08:09I just have got this really horrible feeling that...
08:16My stuff has been stolen.
08:18We basically have had a new cleaner only for a few weeks.
08:21I've been in LA and...
08:24She...
08:25I don't know.
08:26I've just got a really strong feeling that it's her.
08:28Because she's the only person that's been in here...
08:31That's...
08:32Like, new to the house.
08:34We have had nobody in the house apart from her.
08:37So, my gut instinct is so strong and I just have a really strong feeling that it's her.
08:43So much of my stuff is missing.
08:46I had a brand new box of AirPods as well.
08:50I'm actually really starting to panic now.
08:53Like, I have actually been robbed.
08:55I've been robbed.
08:56She's...
08:57She's took my Nan's ring.
08:58Erm...
08:59I don't know what to do.
09:00Just gonna call Billy.
09:03Hello?
09:04Hi.
09:05So, I'm really starting to panic.
09:06You remember...
09:07Why?
09:08Well, because, right, I was literally just looking for my wardrobe to find something to wear.
09:11And...
09:12Yes.
09:13Like, my heart's just sunk because I've just noticed, like, untold amounts of things missing from my wardrobe.
09:19What?
09:20Remember when I said to you...
09:21Nanny Wendy's engagement ring wasn't there?
09:23Yeah.
09:24Nanny Wendy's ring's never come out of that little box.
09:27It's been taken.
09:28Yeah.
09:29And then, bags, shoes, clothes.
09:32You know the rucksack you got me for my birthday?
09:34Yeah.
09:35That's not there and I use that all the time for the gym.
09:37No.
09:38So, what do you think?
09:39I think the cleaner's been stealing from me.
09:42But there's, like, really obvious things.
09:44How could she be so stupid to think that you wouldn't know?
09:47My gut instinct is telling me 100 million percent that it's her, but I'm also not gonna accuse her of doing it without some more proof.
09:55So, basically, every inch of the dressing room I'm gonna film it.
09:58Yeah.
09:59And then I'm basically gonna message her saying, hi, I can't find.
10:03And then list what I've noticed right now that's missing.
10:07And I'm gonna say, can you help me find it?
10:09Yeah.
10:10And give her, basically, the opportunity to give my stuff back.
10:12And I feel like if I go in hard now and start accusing her, she's not gonna bring my stuff back.
10:16No, I know what you mean.
10:17She's done it.
10:18She's taken things out of your house.
10:20Yeah.
10:21Oh, my God.
10:23I'm gonna have to contact the police if it's her.
10:25Could you imagine if she's took the ring and sold it already?
10:29Right, I can't think like that.
10:30When Nanny Wendy passed away, our granddad put her wedding band and her engagement ring in his hands.
10:36And he said to me and my sister, you can both have one each, like, choose.
10:39And I ended up with the engagement ring.
10:42Out of everything that I have, that is the most sentimental thing.
10:45And I'd be absolutely devastated if it was gone.
10:48Imagine there's probably so much more stuff that you haven't even come across yet.
10:51Five minutes and I've already noticed a number of things.
10:54But she's coming in tomorrow.
10:57Oh, my goodness.
10:59All right, I'll keep you posted.
11:01All right. Bye.
11:02Bye.
11:05Right, I'm actually gonna start.
11:06I'm gonna film everything.
11:08My gut tells me I know that it's her, but I feel like I need proof.
11:17Because I'm gonna have to go through the whole house now.
11:20Like, there's actually socks missing out of here.
11:22Gym wear.
11:23I've noticed I had a new Vali set, and I've noticed that's not in there.
11:27I feel like now I need to get to the bottom of this, and what I'm going to do is play detective.
11:32And if she doesn't bring back the ring and I find the proof, I'm gonna have to report it to the police.
11:39Hey, there were AirPods here.
11:44Have you moved them?
11:47Also, my nan's ring was in this box.
11:52Have you moved any stuff around?
12:01She's messaged back.
12:03She's basically saying that she doesn't know, but she's gonna look when she comes here tomorrow.
12:09So, let's hope she looks and finds.
12:16Coming up, do people look at you and see you as a target because you've got some nice things?
12:20Sam has a shocking update for Billy.
12:22So, I went to the gym this morning, and I got a message of in an hour saying,
12:25I found the ring before things take a surprising turn.
12:29What?
12:31And the girls try to get to the bottom of their health worries.
12:35Well, do I be doing this on a Thursday afternoon?
12:44Anxiety, keep on trying me.
12:47After yesterday's shocking discovery that Sam's belongings are missing from her dressing rooms,
12:52Billy has come round for a catch-up.
12:54Somebody's watching me.
12:56Hello. Hello.
12:58You OK? Yeah, good to you.
13:00On this sunny day.
13:01I know. How lovely is it?
13:03It's gorgeous.
13:04Well, it's very calm in here. Peaceful.
13:06Yeah, no kids in here today.
13:07Do you want a hot drink or a cold drink?
13:10Cold drink, please.
13:11OK.
13:12How have you been?
13:13Yeah.
13:14I need to update you on the cleaner situation.
13:16Yes.
13:17Yeah.
13:18Let me sit down and I'll tell you.
13:19Let me sit down and I'll tell you.
13:21OK.
13:24To bring you up to speed, yesterday I said to her, I can't find my nan's ring.
13:29I can't find my AirPods and my sandals, I think it was.
13:33And she was like, oh, I'm in tomorrow.
13:35I'm in today.
13:36Yeah.
13:37I'll have a look for you.
13:38So I thought, right, I'm going to give the opportunity to bring these things back.
13:40Mm-hmm.
13:41So I went to the gym this morning and I got a message within an hour saying I found the ring.
13:44She took a picture of where she's found the ring.
13:46Bearing in mind, I filmed every inch of my dressing room because I thought, if those things go, do get put back, then I know that I'm not going crazy and ultimately I know that it's her that's been taken off.
13:56Of course, yeah.
13:57This morning.
13:58I now can't find my Prada rucksack.
14:00Oh my, I will look as well.
14:02I said, I'm a bit worried and concerned so many things have disappeared.
14:06She said, what are you trying to say?
14:09I will search for things you asked yesterday because I think I saw them, but I have no idea where your shoes are.
14:16I am a size four.
14:18Oh.
14:19I didn't ask you what size shoe you are.
14:22So that's not, I'm not accusing her of anything.
14:24I'm just saying I'm frustrated.
14:25Yeah, that you can't find yourself.
14:27Yeah.
14:28She sent me straight away a picture, this.
14:30She was like, any of these?
14:32And obviously that's Nanny's ring, yeah.
14:34She can't find the sandals in the rucksack or the Chanel bag.
14:38She found the AirPods in the office.
14:41And then I was like, do you know what you think, right?
14:44It's going to be now or never.
14:45So now I'm going to have to really go in thick.
14:47I said, I've, I'm giving you this opportunity now.
14:51I've been kind and welcoming, but I know that my belongings have gone missing from my dressing room.
14:55I've also been kind enough to let you put things back without any fuss, but you haven't returned everything.
15:00And those items belong to me.
15:01What you've done is wrong, but if you bring all of my things back now, we'll leave it there and I'll let you get on with your life.
15:07I'm asking you to leave my house immediately, gather everything wherever it may be and leave it outside my gate in a bag.
15:14If you choose not to do this, there will be repercussions.
15:17I'll report you to the police.
15:18You've only returned the ring and the AirPods, but other items are still missing.
15:22Please do the right thing.
15:24She's obviously trying to get away with quietly returning the things, but only the things that I've challenged her on.
15:28But this is the problem because as time goes on, you're probably going to start realising that she's taking more from like other places in the house.
15:36Do people look at you and see you as a target because you've got some nice things?
15:40I don't have like 10 Chanel bags.
15:43I have one that I bought myself when I went to New York.
15:46And she took it.
15:47What are you actually going to do if she doesn't return everything?
15:49Well, I'm going to have to contact the police.
15:51Someone that you've given a job.
15:53Yes.
15:54Trusted.
15:55And you feel really betrayed.
15:56Yeah.
15:57And then it's like they know your address.
15:59When it happened to us, Nelly and Arthur were like straight on it.
16:03A few months ago, we found out that our housekeeper had been stealing from us and it was just awful.
16:09I just felt really betrayed.
16:10It actually made them feel really weird that someone had stolen out of their home.
16:14I'm actually glad that the kids are like aware of it because I've been so trusting over the years and nothing's ever happened like that.
16:22So actually now them as kids will probably be.
16:25Yeah, be a bit more like on the ball with it.
16:27Yeah.
16:28It's so mad that that situation has happened to me and you in the past month.
16:32I know.
16:33Both.
16:34And it's never happened to us before.
16:35Had cleaners steal from us.
16:36Steal from us.
16:37These people are just opportunists.
16:39Like they've just taken our kindness for a weakness and.
16:43Absolutely.
16:44And I think we've learned from that.
16:45And moving forward, we'll just be a lot more aware of who we're hiring to help us in the house.
16:50What?
16:51What?
16:52What?
16:53What?
16:54One sec.
16:55What?
16:56Oh my God.
16:57She brought the stuff back.
16:58You're joking.
16:59No.
17:00Well.
17:01I told you.
17:02My bag.
17:03And my sandals.
17:04I knew it.
17:05Well at least you've got these back.
17:07But I knew it.
17:08I knew it.
17:09You're going to have to go for your house.
17:10I had a strong instinct.
17:11Oh my goodness.
17:12My gut instinct.
17:13And she even tried to like question you.
17:14Yeah.
17:15What are you trying to say?
17:16Yeah.
17:17What are you trying to say?
17:18Yeah.
17:19She must have run, done that and run quickly.
17:20I feel like an investigator.
17:21Yeah.
17:22That has taught me to always trust my gut.
17:23Well she knew that she'd been called out so she had no choice but to return your things.
17:28She's texted me back after that message saying I'm sorry.
17:29And I just said then I just want all my things back.
17:30And then she said I left them in a bag.
17:31And I said where?
17:32She said outside.
17:33That's why I just ran out.
17:34That's why I just ran out.
17:35So she's literally dropped that bag and probably sprinted off your drive.
17:37You've got to have a serious look around you.
17:38Yeah.
17:39Yeah.
17:40Yeah.
17:41Yeah.
17:42Yeah.
17:43Yeah.
17:44Yeah.
17:45Yeah.
17:46Yeah.
17:47Yeah.
17:48Yeah.
17:49Yeah.
17:50Yeah.
17:51Yeah.
17:52Yeah.
17:53Yeah.
17:54Yeah.
17:55Yeah.
17:56Yeah.
17:57Yeah.
17:58Yeah.
17:59Yeah.
18:00Yeah.
18:01Yeah.
18:02You've got to have a serious look around everywhere.
18:05Because they're the things that I've called her out on.
18:07Out on.
18:08So there could be so many other things.
18:09Yeah.
18:10Like to me I was just so happy to have Nanny's ring bag.
18:13Yeah.
18:14Of course.
18:15And obviously like that bag.
18:16You bought me that bag.
18:17And the Chanel bag.
18:18Is that your first?
18:19That's even sentimental.
18:20What's the first Chanel bag you ever bought yourself?
18:21Yeah.
18:22I knew it.
18:23I knew it.
18:24Yeah.
18:25Yeah.
18:26I knew it.
18:27Yeah.
18:28You feel like summer, baby, eating another body
18:32Putting the drama to one side, today, Sam and Billy and Mum Sue are visiting a clinic in London for a series of health tests.
18:41But not before a quick photo shoot.
18:44Oh, look at me. She's doing it.
18:47What are you doing?
18:48You're laughing.
18:49She's single.
18:54So I found this really good place and it's almost like a well-woman package.
19:05They do bloods for your hormones, which would be great for my mum.
19:10They also do like a stress test and they also do the thermoscan.
19:13So it's kind of like the whole package.
19:16Hi, ladies.
19:16Hi.
19:17How's it going?
19:19Good. Nice to meet you.
19:20Nice to meet you. I'm Susanna.
19:21So today we will be effectively looking into optimising your wellness, your vitality and better ageing.
19:30Amazing.
19:30Oh, that's what we want.
19:32I definitely need a bit there.
19:33That's what we're here for.
19:34The first test that we're going to start with is called heart rate variability test.
19:39What this will be able to tell us is how good is your body in managing stress.
19:45Second test that we're going to move into is something called thermo-check breast thermography that will be looking at seeing any heat and vascular patterns that are present in the breast tissue.
19:58With the last check is looking at all of your hormones, inflammation markers, obviously because our mantra is prevention.
20:06Full blood count, vitamin D.
20:08Yeah.
20:09Okay.
20:09Mum, you've been feeling very unbalanced for a couple of years now.
20:12I've tried a few different HRTs and gels.
20:16In this last year, it's been really quite difficult for me.
20:20So with hormones, there's a lot of things that can be done to make sure the levels are back in their optimal range.
20:28Each test result takes a different time to come back to us.
20:31Okay.
20:32As soon as we have that, you'll speak to Dr. Eccles and then he will design a plan for you to optimise your health.
20:39Thank you so much.
20:40That was very helpful.
20:42First up, Sam, Sue and Billy have their heart rate variability tests.
20:47So if you just want to sit back.
20:49Yeah.
20:49And I'm going to just apply these to your wrists.
20:53So if you could put your arms like this for me.
20:55Yeah.
20:56Okay.
20:58So this is just a really short five-minute test.
21:03Okay.
21:03And I just need you to, um, just to relax.
21:06It seems mad they can measure our stress levels just by doing that short test.
21:10Hmm.
21:11I feel like for me, this is probably as relaxing as it gets recently.
21:15Might have a little snooze, little five minutes.
21:18I'll just get you to the past now.
21:20Let me just remove these from you.
21:24Right.
21:24That's it all done.
21:25Next up, it's the breast thermoscan.
21:28I'm going to get you to remove your top half in a second.
21:31And then I'm going to take some images with our ThermoCheck camera.
21:33Okay.
21:34So there'll be five images that we take.
21:35Then there's a ten-minute cool-down period.
21:37So the room's going to get quite cold.
21:39Then after that, we just repeat the same images.
21:41Okay.
21:42And that's it all done.
21:43It was pretty chilly in there, wasn't it?
21:44But the reason being is because they need to see before and after images.
21:48And once the temperature of the room drops, they need to see if the heat remains on the breast.
21:53What do you think I'll be doing this on a Thursday afternoon?
21:55Coming up...
22:02We have a child coming tonight for an end-of-life stay.
22:05A visit to a children's hospice hits Billy hard.
22:09Oh, it's fantastic.
22:11The wait is finally over for the results of their recent health tests.
22:15I know that I'm in the menopause.
22:17So that's been, like, a big issue over the last few years of my life.
22:21Which reveals some surprising news for some.
22:24There are three abnormal thermal signals in that breast.
22:30Today, Sam and Billy have dropped into Haven House Children's Hospice
22:52to say hello and lend a hand.
22:54Hello.
22:56Oh, my God, nice to see you.
22:58Billy and Greg are patrons for the charity,
23:01and it's a cause very close to their hearts.
23:04I've been an ambassador for Haven House Children's Hospice for around six years now.
23:08Good morning.
23:09Hi.
23:09We've got Sally with us.
23:11Hi.
23:12Hello.
23:12Good morning.
23:13Good morning.
23:14First, the girls head to a very special part of the hospice
23:17with senior nurse, Rafaela.
23:20So, this is our butterfly suite, which is part of our family accommodation.
23:24So we use it for lots of different things,
23:26but today we're going to be prepping it because we have a child coming tonight
23:29for an end-of-life stay.
23:32Oh, this is awesome.
23:33If you don't mind me asking, how old is the child that's coming?
23:36It's an older child.
23:37Yeah.
23:38Yeah, a teenager, a young teenager.
23:40And they'll be coming with, like, the whole family,
23:43so if I can just all be together.
23:44Yeah, so there's siblings, so we'll set up the play area
23:47because they're little siblings.
23:48Often we'll just get a call out of the blue
23:50to say that someone has, you know, wants hospice care.
23:55And so we try to respond straight away.
23:58Oh, that's fantastic.
24:02So sad, isn't it?
24:03Like, honestly, trying to digest it all.
24:06There's such a privilege in the responsibility
24:07for giving someone a good death
24:09and being able to make that terrible, terrible situation
24:13the best that it can be.
24:15It's like...
24:16Yeah.
24:17I find it really overwhelming every time I've been in this room.
24:21It just breaks my heart.
24:24It's kind of, like, unimaginable,
24:26the feeling that must kind of come with it
24:29to know that it would be potentially the last time,
24:32well, the last time you'd ever be with your family all together again.
24:35We're here to help you make up these beds
24:41and make it as comfortable as possible
24:43for the family coming in.
24:45So let's start with the bed, which is over here.
24:49So we're just going to pop the sheets on.
24:55There you go.
24:58Get a show of your skills.
24:59Like back in the old days when we were young.
25:02I think it's incredible what the staff do here
25:05and even just how they can make the room
25:07feel so personal for each family.
25:10This is our play area
25:11and there's going to be a young sibling.
25:14So we'll get this down.
25:16How many siblings?
25:17There's going to be three siblings.
25:18Oh, wow.
25:19Yeah, and they're all under seven.
25:21Oh, my goodness.
25:22So they're going to be coming in,
25:22so we might get some books as well.
25:24I had no idea that the respite apartment
25:27could house up to ten family members.
25:29I think it's just incredible the way they've done it
25:31so that everyone can be together.
25:33We try to do wish fulfilment.
25:34If there is something, bucket list that they want,
25:37we'll always try to arrange it for them.
25:39Because it's like the toughest time
25:42a family could ever go through.
25:46Yeah.
25:47They've been caring all of that time.
25:50Yeah.
25:50And when they come here,
25:51they're all cared for as a whole family
25:54and that is really important to them.
25:56Like, being mums,
25:59I always think when I come here,
26:01it just sometimes puts life into perspective a bit.
26:04I do think it is an emotional rollercoaster, isn't it?
26:07Because there's a sense of complete sadness
26:11and, like you were saying,
26:12there is the element of sadness.
26:14Yeah.
26:14But actually, it's a really happy place.
26:16And the sisters are keen to embrace the happiness
26:18by joining in with a craft session.
26:21Hi.
26:22So this is our activity room.
26:24Oh, nice.
26:25And this is Charlie and Hope.
26:27Oh, Charlie and Hope.
26:29Wow, these are all looking amazing already.
26:31So how long have you been coming here for?
26:32Since Charlie was six months old.
26:35And how old is Charlie now?
26:36Six.
26:37Oh, my goodness, you've been here a long time.
26:39So we have nurses overnight
26:41because he can't swallow,
26:42so they have to keep his airways clear.
26:44Right, OK.
26:44So he can't be left.
26:46Do you say this is Charlie's favourite kind of session?
26:48Well, I guess anything that puts him in the driving seat.
26:50Yeah, where he can, like, make choices and decisions.
26:55Yeah, yeah.
26:56Meeting Charlie and his mum and Anne
26:57was really lovely, wasn't it?
26:59Yeah, they were lovely
26:59and they've been through so much as a family
27:01and it's so nice of them to go to Haven House for a respite.
27:04And you can tell Charlie absolutely loves it.
27:07So how old is Hope?
27:08Hope's going to be 8 in May.
27:10Oh.
27:10She's a big girl.
27:11She's been coming here a long time since she was one, so...
27:15Oh, OK.
27:16As soon as she comes through the doors,
27:18she knows where she's going.
27:19Yeah.
27:19So she just cheers up straight away.
27:21Oh, that's amazing.
27:22So she knows where she's going.
27:22So I'll have a little holiday for her.
27:24When I was able to get that break,
27:25when I was having my own mental health issues...
27:27As a mum, you need a break
27:29because you need to be able to reset
27:31and be the best mum you can.
27:33That's right.
27:33So after having that little break,
27:34you're ready to go again.
27:35To go again, yeah.
27:36Absolutely.
27:37Oh!
27:38We'll do a face paint.
27:40Oh!
27:41Thank you!
27:42Lovely.
27:42Lovely.
27:42Lovely.
27:42Lovely.
27:43Lovely.
27:46Your turn.
27:47Oh, me.
27:50You're not getting out of here.
27:50No, yeah, she was like,
27:52I'm coming for you.
27:53Spending time with these families
27:55has definitely made me even more determined
27:57to help raise money for this amazing place.
28:00It really is such an honour
28:02to be an ambassador for them.
28:04Yeah, it's amazing.
28:05And what you do for them is incredible.
28:08Oh, gosh, that was, yeah, amazing.
28:12But every time I come here,
28:14it's like, it's a massive reminder of life.
28:19You want to go home and just hug your kids
28:21a little bit tighter.
28:22Do you know what I mean?
28:22Knowing that there's a teenager
28:24going into that apartment this evening
28:25that's an end-of-life care.
28:27I mean, I don't even want to think about it
28:29because you get upset,
28:31but, like,
28:32knowing that you've got your children at home
28:35and you just think,
28:35oh, I just want to give them an extra hug tonight.
28:38Do you know what I mean?
28:38An extra bit of time.
28:39After an emotional morning,
28:53Billy and Sue have come over to Sam's
28:55for an online consultation
28:56to receive the results of their recent health tests.
29:00Hello.
29:01Hello.
29:02I'm here.
29:03Hi.
29:03Hello.
29:05Come on, get on.
29:06Look at the hips.
29:15How often should you do it?
29:16You've got ten minutes a day.
29:18Can you sit on it?
29:19Yeah, but, look,
29:20if we go back to bag,
29:22I'm going to get breaks.
29:27Go, sister!
29:34So how's everyone feeling about their test results?
29:36Yeah, I'm intrigued.
29:37I'm mostly intrigued to see what my inflammation marker is.
29:41When we did our biological age test,
29:43the inflammation marker in my blood was still really high,
29:46which meant my biological age was 59,
29:48which obviously isn't great.
29:50But now I'm obviously feeling a lot more my actual age.
29:53I'm hoping that the inflammation marker has come down.
29:56I'm most excited to hear about your hormones.
29:59Oh, me too.
29:59Almost like I'm excited to see what he's going to prescribe you.
30:03Yeah, of course.
30:04Because then you're...
30:04To make you feel better.
30:05Yeah.
30:05To make you feel better.
30:07Yeah, well, we'll get a...
30:08Yeah.
30:08Come on, let's get on with you.
30:09Yeah, let's get on with you.
30:11First up for a consultation is Sam.
30:14Hi, Dr Eccles.
30:15Lovely to meet you.
30:16Hello.
30:17Nice to meet you, too.
30:18I was definitely shocked after the biological age test
30:21that I had a marker on the heart area.
30:24So I'm quite looking forward to seeing
30:26what these results come back and say today.
30:28So let's kick off.
30:30Very generally, if it's unwell.
30:31That biological age test basically said that
30:34if I carried on my life the way I am,
30:37there would be a possibility of a stroke or a heart attack.
30:41Kind of makes you feel a little bit, like,
30:43I guess, anxious about what is to come.
30:45Even if you have a risk, there are ways of mitigating that risk
30:50by certain lifestyles, certain nutrients.
30:52So far, I haven't seen anything in my tests
30:54that indicate an increased risk, OK?
30:57That makes me feel better.
30:59Good.
31:00I'm super relieved that there's no more warning signs
31:02of a heart attack.
31:04But definitely since having the biological age test,
31:06that has, like, pushed me to kind of throw myself
31:09into a bit more exercise and just making sure that,
31:12you know, between now and in years to come,
31:15that I'm just keeping my body on track, really.
31:18Years ago, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease
31:21and it got to a point where it was stable
31:23and then started really looking into and educating myself
31:27on holistic health.
31:29There's no indication of any systemic inclination.
31:35For me to hear that is just incredible
31:37because over the years, being someone that's in the public eye,
31:39it's really hard to kind of share my journey and what I've done.
31:42Be trying to heal myself from Crohn's disease,
31:45I've really helped myself, you know?
31:47Well, that's exactly what it tells us,
31:49that whatever you've been doing,
31:51you've managed that situation.
31:54With good news so far,
31:56next up are Sam's breast thermoscan results.
31:59So I breastfed all my...
32:02All three of mine.
32:03Like, does breastfeeding have a positive impact
32:05on women's breast health?
32:07The data shows that women who breastfeed
32:10have a lower risk of breast cancer.
32:12Yeah, that's great.
32:13So when was the last time you breastfed?
32:15Edward now only kind of breastfeeds for comfort.
32:18It's actually quite a bit.
32:19He probably has once a day
32:21for, like, literally 30 seconds.
32:23Right.
32:24I just don't feel like there's anything in there
32:26because you know how it feels when they fill up.
32:29I ask him, is there milk in there?
32:30And Edward says, yeah, it's milk.
32:31Mummy's milk.
32:32So maybe there is milk.
32:34On the right breast, it's a Th2, which is normal.
32:38Yeah.
32:38But on the left breast, it's a Th5.
32:41Okay.
32:41Which means that there are three abnormal thermal signals
32:46in that breast.
32:48Do you think that the fact that I'm still producing breast milk
32:52would play a fact in the inflammation?
32:54Yeah, it could be.
32:55It doesn't mean there's anything sinister.
32:57But there is some heat being generated in your left breast
33:00that requires an explanation.
33:02It's prudent to get an ultrasound done.
33:04Okay.
33:04Thank you so much.
33:06It's been so insightful.
33:08I think in my heart, I know that everything's fine,
33:10but having the ultrasound would have given me peace of mind.
33:13I'm not going to ignore this,
33:15and I'm going to get this booked in right away.
33:17And as Sam fills her mum in,
33:19it's time for Billy's results.
33:20Hi.
33:22Hello, Billy.
33:23Nice to meet you.
33:24Let's go through the blood test.
33:25And the good news is that everything on your blood test
33:29is normal, including your hormones.
33:33Amazing.
33:35That's really good news for me,
33:37because it's particularly the inflammatory marker,
33:39because where I was so ill,
33:41it was really high for so long,
33:43so that's really positive.
33:45Well, now it's not.
33:46Your CRP is 1.2, which is low end.
33:50Normal is up to 5.
33:51I'm so grateful that my sister recommended me this holistic doctor.
33:54Well, thank you so much,
33:56because the doctor's now given me these natural supplements,
33:59which has made me feel so much better,
34:02and it's clearly working for me.
34:03Hello.
34:04Oh, hello.
34:05You all right?
34:06Yeah, what?
34:06You all right?
34:07Oh, yeah, I'm up.
34:08Go on, then.
34:10So my inflammatory marker when I was really ill was like 98.
34:13So now it's gone down to 1.2.
34:16Wow.
34:16Yeah, which just shows you all the things that you've been doing.
34:19That's what he said.
34:19He said it's working.
34:20Keep doing it.
34:21Just keep doing it.
34:22So I was really relieved about that.
34:24Brilliant.
34:25As Sam and Billy catch up on their results,
34:28Sue's in the hot seat.
34:30I know that I'm in the menopause,
34:32so that's been a big issue over the last few years in my life.
34:35On the hormone side,
34:38you've basically got low estrogen and low progesterone.
34:42When they're low,
34:44they trigger the typical menopause symptoms.
34:46So your hot flush is primarily low estrogen,
34:50sweats,
34:51low estrogen,
34:52but the sleep disturbance that you're getting
34:54and the anxiety creeping in
34:56and the not sleeping state,
34:58that's low progesterone.
34:59So I will write a prescription for those hormones.
35:04I would like to reassess your hormone balance
35:06in three months' time.
35:08Yeah.
35:09To get it right for you
35:10is not only will they reduce symptoms,
35:13but you can expect better skin,
35:15better brain function,
35:17better bone density.
35:18So there are definitely anti-aging benefits
35:21for your hormones
35:22over and above the symptom rate.
35:24Thank you for your time.
35:26Pleasure.
35:26Nice to meet you.
35:27All right, bye, bye.
35:30Oh, how was it?
35:32Yeah, well, good.
35:33No, really interesting.
35:35So I need estrogen and progesterone,
35:38so I'm going to get a tailor-made package for me,
35:42exactly what I need,
35:43and, yeah, hopefully...
35:45Well, not hopefully,
35:46I think it will work.
35:47Yeah, I've just got to stick at it.
35:48Yeah.
35:49Mum, you're going to be like a new woman.
35:50I know.
35:51Overall, I'm really that pleased with my results.
35:54That's great.
35:55Yeah, and use two as well.
35:56Yeah.
35:57Obviously, I've got to then,
35:58got to go and have this for the breast.
36:00Yeah.
36:00I mean, yeah, but get that done,
36:02and then...
36:03In hindsight, though,
36:04I was probably thinking
36:04I probably shouldn't have,
36:06should have waited
36:06till April was completely off.
36:08Waited till you finish, yeah.
36:08Booba.
36:09But I'm going to do it anyway.
36:10So really, you need to get him off the boob
36:12before you go and have that test done.
36:14It is the right time, to be honest.
36:15Yeah, well, he has.
36:16He is...
36:17He's going to be three.
36:18Yeah.
36:19Soon.
36:19You know, he got an extra year and a half.
36:21He did.
36:21More than Paul and Rosie did.
36:22I know.
36:23Definitely, if you're going to have that test done again,
36:25I would stop,
36:26because that could, like,
36:27be why that's showing up.
36:29Yeah.
36:30I'm actually really excited now
36:31for our night out.
36:33Oh, me too.
36:33Yeah, for Mamma Mia the party.
36:35I feel like we can all go and let our hair down.
36:36Yeah.
36:38Here's the longevity.
36:39I know.
36:39So tonight we are off to Mamma Mia the party,
36:43and I feel like
36:44whether the results were great or not so great,
36:47it's kind of just a little night off for us, isn't it?
36:49Absolutely.
36:49A girls' night out, if you like.
36:51So here's to a great girls' night out, ladies.
36:54Yeah.
36:54Yeah.
36:54What's everyone wearing?
36:56Oh, having full back.
36:57No, me neither.
37:02Coming up.
37:03Is this short?
37:05Yes, that's mine.
37:06Sam discovers the shocking extent of the theft.
37:09And the bed.
37:10That's my bed.
37:11She's got my bedding on her bed.
37:13Oh, my God.
37:14And faces some tough questions.
37:16When are you going to have your big, fat Greek wedding?
37:19Don't miss again after 10 years.
37:21As the sisters let their hair down at Mamma Mia the party.
37:24Back in Essex, Billy is getting glammed up and ready for their big night out.
37:48I love you.
37:49And with Sam making her own way to London...
37:54I'm on my way.
37:55Billy's taxi is en route to pick up mum Sue and best friend Jerry.
38:00Hello, ladies.
38:03Give me, give me, give me a man after midnight.
38:07Look gorgeous.
38:09Ready for some singing and dancing?
38:11I think it'll be really fun.
38:12I think it's going to be full of women.
38:13I think it's going to be like a real girl style.
38:15But the evening's excitement is interrupted as Billy receives an update from Sam.
38:21What's happened, Bill?
38:23Smurf's cleaner stole loads of stuff from her.
38:26Like, loads.
38:27Chanel bags, Nanny Wendy's...
38:28And she's still finding stuff now.
38:30She's bought a load back and reckons she's handed herself into the place.
38:33Rubbish.
38:34Rubbish.
38:34But she just stole Nanny Wendy's engagement ring.
38:37What?
38:37Yeah.
38:38So basically, the cleaner, so I've had, like, printed a room off of someone.
38:45And the landlady has rung the agency to say, I'm, like, this is really suspicious.
38:52The lady, the cleaner, keeps coming home with, like, bags and bags of stuff.
38:56The agency's rung to mum and said, like, the landlady's giving you permission to come round and try and look through and get all your stuff back.
39:04She's not trust anyone.
39:05Yeah.
39:07As Billy, Sue and Jerry arrive at the bar, Sam receives an update from Paul as he looks for their stolen belongings at the cleaner's home.
39:19Farley trousers.
39:20Yes, they're mine.
39:22Yeah, it's my bed sheet there.
39:24What's that white shirt?
39:25Yeah, that's mine.
39:26That shirt's the white one's mine.
39:27Loads of, like, gym wear that she took.
39:30Those trainers were mine.
39:31Is this yours?
39:33Yes, that's mine.
39:34She's even, she's even knit your striped pyjamas and the bed, and the bedding.
39:41That's my bed.
39:42She's got my bedding on her bed.
39:44Oh, my gosh.
39:45She's put the bedding on the bed.
39:46I knew she'd be in my bedding cupboard.
39:48I'm not obviously going to take them, but she's got your knickers, your skim's knickers.
39:53That's so gross.
39:54What did I say to you?
39:55My knickers are gone.
39:57Oh, my gosh.
40:00All right, love you.
40:02Bye.
40:03Hello.
40:05Everyone excited?
40:06Hello.
40:07Me too.
40:08Have a beer.
40:09So excited.
40:10Hello.
40:12You look lovely.
40:12Yes.
40:14Have you seen you so long?
40:15Hey, you did.
40:15You look amazing.
40:16I have had the most stressful afternoons, to be honest.
40:23I'm looking forward to it's a good night.
40:24Today it's come to blows because the agency then called me and said, do you want the landlady's
40:29number?
40:30Because she's found stacks and stacks and stacks of clothes.
40:33The landlady's contacted the police, and I've had a message from Surrey Police saying,
40:38we have a concern that you've been a victim of a crime and wanted to follow up.
40:42Yes, I am a victim of a crime.
40:44I'm so shocked at how someone can be so brazen, but also, like, just such a liberty taker.
40:51I know, it's been so stressful, and I actually think tonight is exactly what I needed.
40:54Yeah.
40:55But when I opened up the knicker drawer, you pulled up the first pair, I went, I told you.
40:59She probably knows.
41:00A pair of skim sneakers is about 25 quid.
41:02No disrespect to your place.
41:03Yeah.
41:04Like, she must think you're an idiot.
41:05I'm having all cameras fitted in my house.
41:07You've got to do the same.
41:08Yeah.
41:09It's disgusting.
41:10You shouldn't have to do it.
41:11It's like big brother.
41:12Oh, yeah, that's mine.
41:14I knew it.
41:15Oh, yeah.
41:16That's mine.
41:17You said to me you couldn't find your Lowy swimsuit and your wrap.
41:20It's wrong.
41:21Has she got your saline now?
41:24She might have sold it.
41:26She might have sold it already.
41:27I love you.
41:28Bye.
41:28Oh, my God.
41:29That is disgusting.
41:30Look, the main thing is, you're getting all your stuff back, hopefully.
41:33Yes.
41:34Can I let your knickers?
41:34Yeah.
41:35I don't want him back.
41:36She can keep your knick-knocks.
41:39As Sam's mother-in-law, Gayna, and friend Jeff join everyone at the bar, Sam puts the day's dramas behind her.
41:45Cheers, guys.
41:46Nice to everyone.
41:47Cheers.
41:47Cheers.
41:48Cheers.
41:48Cheers.
41:49Lovely.
41:49Fantastic night.
41:51Woo-hoo.
41:52Let's go dancing.
41:54Give me, give me, give me a man after midnight.
41:57Come on, let's go.
41:58Let's go, ladies.
42:00I can't get up.
42:02Help me.
42:08Reservation, Samantha Fair.
42:13Good evening.
42:15Good evening.
42:16Turned your way.
42:17Tonight was the perfect end to a stressful day.
42:29We had drinks, music, ABBA, my mum, Gayna, our friends, and we just let our hair down.
42:34Yeah, it was really good fun.
42:36We're going to do your dating profile.
42:39If you had to describe yourself and your dating profile in three words, how would you describe yourself?
42:44Go.
42:44All right, raunchy, sexy.
42:48Yeah, sexy.
42:49Got it all to give.
42:52I've been on my own.
42:54What about what kind of man are you looking for?
42:56Oh, I'm moving.
42:58Tall.
42:58Because you're both very tall.
43:00Six, two, nine.
43:02Would that be hard?
43:03What, like Dave?
43:04What?
43:05No, it's not.
43:06What, like Dave?
43:07I'm so waiting for you to get back with Dave.
43:08Oh, no, she loved Dave.
43:10What are you doing?
43:12The show's interval gives dancing queens Sam, Billy, and Jerry time for a quick catch-up.
43:17That is so much fun.
43:19It's like the perfect girls' night out, isn't it?
43:22When are you going to have your big fat Greek wedding?
43:24Not this.
43:26Not this again after ten years.
43:28I haven't really thought about it.
43:30Like, honestly...
43:31I do think you do want to get married.
43:33I feel like we 100% will.
43:35Yeah.
43:36Our priority was just raising kids.
43:38And still kind of figuring out each other in a relationship.
43:43You've got to think we were together not even six months and I fell pregnant with little Paul.
43:47So it was really quick.
43:48And then I think over the last, even pre-Edward, I haven't even thought about it.
43:53Don't worry, girls.
43:54100% there'll be a wedding.
43:55There'll be a major hand.
43:57Don't worry.
43:57Three, four.
43:58Remember you used to say you wanted to suit in Vegas, then you said South of France, actually.
44:02Both.
44:02You better be getting your planning on.
44:04Can you imagine?
44:05I'll be right back.
44:06No, this will be my absolute dream.
44:08What am I, 34?
44:09Pre-40, so don't worry.
44:11Yeah, come on, Paul.
44:13People are always being kind of curious to why, I guess, we're not married.
44:17Because we've been together ten years, three kids, loads of house moves and stuff.
44:21But I just think that what we have is perfect as it is.
44:25Will we get married in the future?
44:27Probably.
44:28But I just think right now, it's not our priority.
44:31Let's go back in.
44:32I think you're starting.
44:33Come on, then, girls.
44:34Next time on Sam and Billy, Sister Act.
44:55In Billy's ongoing battle with her health...
44:58Greg, we need to chat.
45:00Sounds serious.
45:01She finally gets some answers.
45:04Basically, it's come back positive.
45:05Oh.
45:06Sachet down a tiny bit.
45:08As Sam prepares for her biggest ever product launch...
45:12How many sachets have we got to be in May for next week?
45:14Five million in production at the moment.
45:16A technical problem throws everything into jeopardy.
45:20We got a call from the manufacturer this morning saying the main machine that's running the production has broke down.
45:26And in a bid to get away from all the stress...
45:28So if you pop your phones in there, we'll lock them away.
45:31Give them back when you leave.
45:32Sam, Billy, Sue and Dave...
45:34Oh, one's biting me's arse.
45:36...go offline and off-grid.
45:39Love you all.
45:40Love you all.
46:00Bye.
46:03Bye.
46:08Bye.
46:08Bye.
46:08Bye.
46:09Bye.
46:09Bye.
46:09Potato.
