00:12Yes, good evening and good evening to everyone.
00:14So currently, we released an 8 p.m. update about this tropical cyclone Nando, which has an international name, Ragasa.
00:23And it's still in the Super Typhoon category.
00:26It was last spotted at 85 kilometers west-northwest of Calayan, Cagayan.
00:30It has a maximum sustained winds of 215 kilometers per hour and a gustiness up to 265 kilometers per hour.
00:39It is moving westward at a speed of 20 kilometers per hour.
00:44Due to this, we have a tropical cyclone wind signal number four over Babuyan Islands, northwestern portion of mainland Cagayan, northern portion of Ilocos Norte.
00:53Signal number three over Batanes, northern and central portion of mainland Cagayan, northern and central portion of Apayao, and the rest of Ilocos Norte.
01:02Signal number two, the rest of mainland Cagayan, northern portion of Isabela, rest of Apayao, Abra, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao,
01:09the northern portion of Benguet, Ilocos Sur, and the northern portion of La Union.
01:14Signal number one over the rest of Isabela, Quirinon, Nueva Vizcaya, rest of Benguet, rest of La Union, Pangasinan, Auroron, Nueva Ecija,
01:23Bulacan, Parlac, Pampanga, Zambales, and the northern portion of Quezon, including Pulillo Islands.
01:29And we are expecting for Tropical Cyclone Nando to exit our Philippine area of responsibility tomorrow morning.
01:37And it is seen that it is weakening within the next 24 hours due to the marginally favorable environment over the West Philippine Sea.
01:47However, we are also monitoring a low-pressure area outside our Philippine area of responsibility.
01:53Currently, it has a medium chance of development, which is less likely to develop within the next 24 hours.
02:00But as this goes, the chances will go higher to upgrade into a Tropical Depression.
02:06And we are expecting it to enter our Philippine area of responsibility by Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

02:15Do you have any advice for LGUs affected by the super typhoon?
02:18And since you mentioned that Nando is expected to leave within the next 24 hours,
02:26what is the expected rainfall amounts in Metro Manila?
02:29Oh, yes.
02:30Early at 8 p.m., we released a weather advisory.
02:33And we are still expecting 50 to 100 millimeters of rain over Metro Manila.
02:38But this is due to the southwest monsoon.
02:40And as the tropical cyclone Nando moves further out to our country,
02:46we are expecting a less likely effect of the southwest monsoon.
02:50So tomorrow, we are expecting a less rain, but expect also a cloudy conditions.
