00:00I recently built the entirety of Bikini Bottom,

00:02except there was one thing missing.

00:04So today we're gonna be building the Krusty Krab,

00:06including the dining room and a working kitchen.

00:08And then through the biggest grand opening

00:09anyone has ever seen,

00:11we started by making a crazy game plan.

00:13So first we're gonna start by framing all the walls

00:15and then we're gonna frame the ceiling.

00:16And lastly, we're gonna sheet the whole Krusty Krab.

00:18And how are we doing the ceiling?

00:20We've done this a billion times.

00:21Nothing can go wrong.

00:22Oh, yeah, you're right.

00:26Now that we have our plan,

00:27we need to go to the store and get our materials.

00:28Since we're building the Krusty Krab,

00:30it wouldn't be complete without the hats.

00:33Every time we come to the store to shop, we dress up.

00:35But this time, for some reason,

00:36I feel a little bit more embarrassed.

00:38Bro, the nose is right in front of my face.

00:39I can't see anything.

00:40Why aren't you talking like Squidward?

00:42I'm sorry, the nose is in front of my face.

00:45In order to build the world's first real life Krusty Krab,

00:47we're gonna need a lot of materials.

00:48Ah!

00:49You wanna need help on anything?

00:50Where's the secret formula, crabs?

00:53I can't take you to that.

00:56Now that we have our materials,

00:57it's time to head back and create the Krusty Krab.

00:59Yeah!

01:01Once we got our materials,

01:02the first step was to recreate

01:03the iconic bikini bottom background.

01:05Oh, I never claimed to be an artist.

01:06That's not gonna cut it, bro.

01:08We need this to look good.

01:10After hours of painting,

01:11our bikini bottom skies are done.

01:12Now it's time to start building the best restaurant ever.

01:16We're gonna start by framing it.

01:18This is the most wood we've ever bought for a project.

01:21Cordova spent days planning this build,

01:22so when we're finished,

01:23it's gonna be an exact replica from the show.

01:25Now that we have all the pieces springed, we can start putting them together.

01:27And as you can see, this thing is gonna be massive.

01:30This is so wobbly.

01:31When moving the walls on this stage,

01:33we have to be super careful since they're not connected to anything that can fall super easily.

01:36Now it's time to add the final wall.

01:38But there's one massive problem.

01:39So we actually messed up the plans and built this too tall.

01:42As you can see, it's gonna hit our ceiling.

01:44So we actually have to take this apart and make it a little bit smaller.

01:46Yeah, we're gonna have to take down the tops and cut them.

01:49All right, time to restart.

01:51And after three hours of adjustments, we start to cover the walls with sheets of wood.

01:55This is the first piece.

01:5650 more to go.

01:56That is a lot.

01:57This is the most excited I've ever been for one of our projects.

02:00I can't wait to cook and eat inside of this once we complete the build.

02:02Last board.

02:04What about all of the roof?

02:05So since the Krusty Krab is rounded at the top,

02:07we're gonna be installing these arches to give it the same effect.

02:11So we have our first set of arches done.

02:13Now we're gonna start doing the next set right here on the other side.

02:15This is looking incredible.

02:17I want you just like the inside of the Krusty Krab.

02:20Now it's time to start covering the roof with the sheets of wood.

02:22We have the Krusty Krab completely framed and sheeted.

02:24Next, we're gonna be adding these cardboard boxes to have even more details.

02:27We're using the boxes to recreate the difficult angles

02:30it has from the show that we can't build with wood.

02:32These arches right here on the side are extremely difficult to build,

02:35but we're hoping the cardboard makes it way easier.

02:37Luckily, our game plan worked and we were able to get the same iconic curve look from the show.

02:40We have the arches, doors, and roof completed.

02:42Now it's finally time to start painting.

02:45This thing is actually massive.

02:47There's no way I'm gonna be able to do this for myself.

02:48This is one of the biggest things we have ever built,

02:50but luckily I have my incredible friends to help me paint this massive restaurant.

02:53I'm ready, Mr. Krabs.

02:55So right now, I'm currently painting the windows,

02:57and this is looking so cool.

02:58We are literally in front of the Krusty Krab right now.

03:01Once we started painting,

03:02this build really started to come together and looking amazing.

03:04In the show, everything has this water brush effect to it,

03:07so we're grabbing other colors and adding strokes on top

03:09so it looks just like the real Krusty Krab.

03:11And then I go through and feather that out.

03:14So we are halfway done painting the Krusty Krab

03:16and I'm losing my mind because of the SpongeBob references that are going on in here.

03:19Ravioli, ravioli, where's the formioli?

03:22As my friends were making crazy SpongeBob sounds, we were making really good progress.

03:27Right now, I'm painting the most important part, the door handles,

03:29because if we don't have these, you can't go inside and eat.

03:31What do they serve inside of here?

03:33I'm so sick of this guy.

03:36I'm adding some brush strokes so it looks like a reflective window.

03:42Hey, Cordova, my paint stick doesn't reach the ceiling.

03:44How are we gonna paint the top of it?

03:46Oh, me? I knew this was gonna happen.

03:48Hey, Max.

03:49How am I supposed to step on the roof? The paint is wet.

03:51I don't know.

03:52What do you mean you don't know?

03:53You're the one doing it.

03:54Just so Hayden doesn't have to come down to get paint, I'm gonna hold this for him.

03:57This is so dangerous.

03:58Does anyone have any safety glasses in this building?

04:00No.

04:00Even though we have the entire outside painted,

04:02there's still so many things to do like paint the entire inside

04:05and there's a ton of decorations that we have to build and paint

04:08to make this look exactly like the real thing.

04:09So on the back of the Krusty Krab, there's a bunch of random metal,

04:12so we're adding that same effect to the back of this wall.

04:14We even installed this little window right here so we can order Krabby Patties from there.

04:18This room is massive.

04:21We have so much to paint.

04:22It's gonna be extremely hard to get all the way up there,

04:24but luckily we have Big Matt.

04:25Yeah.

04:26How am I gonna reach that, Matt?

04:27Uh, ladders.

04:28This is one of the biggest projects we have ever taken on,

04:30but luckily I have an incredible team to help make this happen.

04:46So right now, Brian is currently drawing out the Krusty Krab shell sign.

04:52Now it's time for the foam.

04:56One of the most iconic parts is the clamshell sign that goes outside of the restaurant.

04:59After hours of sanding, it's finally ready to paint.

05:05So far out of everything we've built on the Krusty Krab, this seashell sign is by far my favorite.

05:09Look how sick that is.

05:09And it's going to be even better when it's fully painted.

05:11Now we're working on all the details for the inside of the Krusty Krab to make it come to life.

05:15Like this order here sign and Cordova is working on the flags that go out front.

05:18And Big Matt is currently working on the galley grub sign.

05:21While the team was busy working on all the details,

05:23we decided we should go get some food for when the build was finished.

05:25If we were shopping for the Krusty Krab, where should we go?

05:28We have to get Krabby Patties, so we have to go to food.

05:30That's this way.

05:30We need to get pickles, ketchup, mustard, the meat.

05:33So the first step to making a Krabby Patty is we're going to need some delicious bread.

05:37There's so many options though.

05:38It needs to be like a hamburger bun.

05:39Well, me and Cheyenne were busy shopping for items.

05:41So were Big Matt and Hayden.

05:42I wonder if they have kelp in here so we can make some kelp shakes.

05:45I'm not drinking that.

05:47Our flavor options are avocado, sweet red bean, or corn and cheese.

05:52I'm thinking sweet purple yam with cheese.

05:54Time to go see what other fun foods we can find.

05:56I'm going to get some chocolate.

05:57For the burger?

05:58No, I just love chocolate.

05:59Hey, look at this.

05:59We got some seaweed salad.

06:01Wow.

06:01I am definitely going to get this.

06:03So we have all of our items picked out.

06:04Now it's time to check out.

06:05I really am wondering what the other team has purchased so far.

06:09Once we got all of our amazing shopping supplies,

06:11it was time to head back and finish building the Krusty Krab.

06:13We're going all out with this project.

06:15Right now, Aaron is hand drawing every single board on the Krusty Krab.

06:18That looks insane, dude.

06:22That actually took it to the next level, adding the wood boards.

06:25I'm only a third of the way done.

06:26While Aaron continues painting the amazing details to bring this Krusty Krab to life,

06:29we're going to start building the tables for the inside.

06:33All right, order up.

06:34Got another table for you to paint.

06:35Another one?

06:35Yep.

06:36How many are we making?

06:36Has money that go on the real Krusty Krab?

06:38Well, Hayden worked on the tables.

06:39We put together the sign and hung up the flags.

06:41We're now adding the last few touches to make this really come to life.

06:43Right here is where Squidward takes the orders.

06:46All this needs is the cash register.

06:48Now Squidward can start taking orders.

06:50Guys, bring in the tables.

06:53This is the best Krusty Krab ever.

06:55After weeks of hard work, our Krusty Krab is finally completed.

06:59Let's check it out.

07:00Of course, out front, we have to have the iconic clamshell sign, the Krusty Krab.

07:04If you come over here, we have all of the flags on the roof, the iconic hamburger sign,

07:07and we even have Plankton running away with the iconic Krusty Krab burger.

07:11Now, let's go inside and check this out.

07:13I have literally been waiting weeks for this moment.

07:15It's finally time to go inside the Krusty Krab, and it's completely finished.

07:19I'm so excited.

07:19Let's do this.

07:22So this build is a first for us.

07:24Normally, we do things like this.

07:25We never complete the inside.

07:26And we went all out, making sure the entire inside of this build is exactly like the show.

07:30Basically, we have our tables here, the amazing windows with the ropes on the opposite side,

07:34a door back there for SpongeBob to go back into the kitchen and cook.

07:37We have this boat cash register right here for my amazing friend Squidward to take the orders.

07:42Man, take your order.

07:43What I am excited for, though, is all of us went to the store to get some special materials

07:47to cook the most amazing gourmet dinner inside of the Krusty Krab.

07:50So I'm really excited to see what stuff everybody got.

07:53Since we're opening a gourmet restaurant, we needed some desserts.

07:55We got some sweet purple yam with cheese, ice cream.

07:59What else did you guys get?

08:00Seaweed salad as a healthy alternative.

08:02Are you guys ready to see what I got?

08:03Once I showed off my supplies, it was time to start using them

08:05and making some real-life Krabby Patties.

08:07What did you get chocolate for?

08:08I just left chocolate.

08:09All right, well, I'm not sure why he put me in charge of the burgers.

08:12I've never cooked before.

08:13Everyone knows the best part of a Krabby Patty is the secret formula.

08:19Mmm, so good.

08:26Probably because I got done cooking it about 10 minutes ago.

08:28After weeks and weeks of hard work, our vision finally came to life,

08:31and we built the world's first real-life Krusty Krab thanks to the amazing Bean Team.

08:34We just built a Krusty Krab.
