CTP (S3ESepSpecial6) Misfit in Hell: One Woman's Near-Death Experience Revealed
Mary Kathy McDaniel shares her distressing near-death experience and the profound transformation it brought to her understanding of life, death, and what lies beyond. Through her journey from hellish visions to heavenly joy, she discovered a message of unconditional love and purpose that completely changed her perspective.
• MK experienced what's called a "distressing" NDE - something that happens to about 20% of near-death experiencers
• During her drug-induced coma after lung failure, she first found herself in hellish scenarios that mirrored traumatic events from her actual life
• Her experience suddenly shifted to heaven where she felt overwhelming joy and love, meeting a deceased friend
• She was told she had "too much left to do" on Earth and was sent back to her physical body
• MK believes there is no judgment in the afterlife, only a life review where we experience how our actions affected others
• She now co-hosts a support group for people who've had distressing NDEs through IANDS (International Association of Near-Death Studies)
• Her advice for living: be loving, kind, merciful, forgiving, encouraging, grateful, nonjudgmental and useful
• Small acts of kindness can create powerful ripple effects that positively impact others

00:00Welcome to the Constitutionalist Politics Podcast, aka CTP.
00:07I am your host, Joseph M. Leonard, and that's L-E-N-A-R-D.
00:12CTP is your no-must, no-fuss, just-me-you-and-occasional-guest-type podcast.
00:19I really appreciate you tuning in.
00:22As Graham Norton will say, let's get on with the show!
00:25Hello, everyone. Welcome to another episode of Constitutionalist Politics Podcast.
00:34I did a short pause there. It's like, I forget the name of my own show.
00:42For those on video, while you can see here, I'm holding up a minor note.
00:48I don't like to script shows. We just kind of go where the show goes.
00:54Joining me is Mary Cathy McDaniel.
00:58For those of you who follow CIA declassified documents, think MKUltra.
01:06MK McDaniel.
01:08There you go.
01:09Because that's what's on your book, Misfit in Hell to Heaven Expat, MK Mary Cathy McDaniel.
01:19Welcome to the show.
01:20Well, thank you. I'm happy to be here.
01:22Yeah. I tried getting you last year.
01:26You never got back to me.
01:28Whatever. Maybe you didn't get my outreach.
01:31Maybe got whatever.
01:33But this year, I decided I wanted to reach out again.
01:37And here you are.
01:39So, you know, I guess it wasn't meant to be then.
01:43It is now.
01:45Right?
01:45That's the way to look at it.
01:48And the usual first question, right?
01:54Who the heck is MK McDaniel?
01:57Where were you born and raised?
02:00And where are you now?
02:02How much time did you spend in prison?
02:05And for what?
02:05I got out on good behavior, actually.
02:11Well, it's a long story.
02:13I just turned 79.
02:14So we got a lot of ground in there.
02:17Yeah.
02:17Give us the cliff notes.
02:20Cliff notes would be, bless you, born in St. Louis, Missouri.
02:24But my dad was in the Navy.
02:27Like, I like to joke, the state of misery.
02:31Oh, the state of misery.
02:33Yeah.
02:33I didn't stay long.
02:36Because your dad was, you started to say.
02:39He was in the military.
02:40So we got moved every two and a half to four years.
02:43Yep.
02:44New York and Maryland and Kansas and California.
02:48And so I spent most of my time as an adult in California.
02:52And I got in there about 26 years ago.
02:56And I'm up in Washington State.
02:57Thank God you escaped.
02:59Oh, Washington State is not necessarily.
03:03If you're in Seattle, it's not much better.
03:07No, I'm south of Seattle by an hour.
03:09Oh, that's good.
03:10And it's beautiful.
03:10Right on a harbor.
03:12It's like, well, it's like life 30 years ago here.
03:15It hasn't caught up yet.
03:17Yeah.
03:17There are several counties in Washington and Oregon.
03:22And trying to secede from those states and join Idaho.
03:27It's like, it's getting too California here.
03:31Yeah, I know.
03:32We want.
03:32The Californians are coming up, you know.
03:35Yeah.
03:36So, yeah.
03:37The eastern counties of those states want to join Idaho.
03:41And I don't blame them.
03:43And, of course, you mentioned Kansas.
03:45So got to do the proverbial joke.
03:48We're not in Kansas anymore.
03:50Yeah, four years of that was plenty.
03:57Whole lot of corn, right?
03:59Like Iowa.
04:01Whole lots of corn.
04:04Tornadoes.
04:04That's the part I didn't like.
04:06Oops, my lights went out.
04:08Hold on.
04:09We're talking about this stuff and somebody's not happy in the universe.
04:14All right.
04:15That she is.
04:15Okay.
04:16Okay.
04:17So, indeed.
04:19At any rate.
04:20So, we kind of know a little bit about you.
04:23Yeah.
04:24Yeah.
04:24Indeed.
04:24The summary on the podcast guest list that we are both members of.
04:32Yes.
04:33Where there's also Matchmaker FM and Radio Guest List and a few other sites where podcasters and guests.
04:43I've been picked up as a guest by many podcasts through all these things, too, as well as bringing guests on to my podcast through them.
04:53But, yeah.
04:53Your podcast guest list summary, that's all I have here, says near-death experiencer, author, speaker.
05:03And, indeed, NDE, I've had people talk about afterlife, including an atheist who talked about afterlife from a scientific non-believer standpoint.
05:20So, that was really interesting.
05:22I had to get you on to talk about that.
05:26And, again, the book titled, Missed It in Hell to Heaven Expat M.K. McDaniel.
05:35Yes.
05:37So, obviously, the NDE inspired the book.
05:42What all happened?
05:44Well, you know, about 20% of the people that have NDEs have something called distressing, disturbing, not your ordinary run-of-the-mill stuff.
05:56So, I was one of those people.
05:59And that's...
06:00Yeah, there's like the Freddy Krueger-invaded-your-dreams kind of NDE.
06:07Oh, and that would have been nice.
06:09Yeah.
06:10Oh, because then there's those others that have those wonderful, lovely, fluffy-on-a-cloud and all their relatives in there kind of thing.
06:18Oh, yeah.
06:18Oh, yeah.
06:18That wasn't me.
06:19No.
06:19Well, it wasn't at first.
06:21But what happened is I had been really sick.
06:26I got something akin to COVID before COVID came out.
06:30I had lung failure.
06:33They put me into a drug-induced coma.
06:36I was there, I don't know, quite a while, 19 days or something.
06:39And they told me the last thing the doctor said is you won't be able to remember anything of what happens.
06:47So, when I woke up in this very dark place and I thought, uh-oh, you know, what's going on, man?
06:54And I was, you know, just kind of hung out.
06:58But it did turn into an adventure, starting with this reddish fog, kind of like you see in the background here, reddish fog and heat and people screaming and shrieking.
07:12And I thought, oh, like you said, you're not in Kansas anymore.
07:16Right.
07:16It was like you landed up in one of the layers of Dante's Inferno.
07:22Yeah, right.
07:23It may not have been the worst layer, but one of them at any rate.
07:29The thing is, you don't know you're dead.
07:31You know, that puts a real handicap in the situation because you think, you know, this is happening right now and there's no good reason for it.
07:42There's nobody to help you and you're just kind of staying one step ahead of the next disaster.
07:48So for me, it was a series of segments.
07:53And the first one was almost like a movie separate.
07:57It was, it was, except somebody was changing the channel, you know, on your television.
08:03And they were all, you know, horror movies.
08:05And so you'd go from one to the other and you would, I wouldn't know when it would happen.
08:10The lights would just go out and I'd freeze.
08:13And then the lights had come up and be totally in a different situation.
08:17So this, this went on several times.
08:20The first one was this bombed out city thing.
08:23I just, you know, came, the lights came up and it's like being in New York City and, and somebody's dropped an atomic bomb or aliens have landed.
08:31Something terrible happened here and people are screaming and there's fires and buildings are falling down.
08:38You know, it, it kind of upset me.
08:40So I, you know, I kind of tucked into this broken concrete that had fallen and I'm, and I'm seeing all these weird people, creatures, whatever going by.
08:50And I'm, I thought, geez, you know, I got to get in survival mode.
08:55That's, you know, so I, I, I thought maybe if I could just get into one of these buildings, I might find some people that are left.
09:01There might be food, shelter, whatever.
09:03So as I was running through all this concrete and stuff, I tried to climb up on a wall and I slipped and I was falling backwards.
09:10And I thought, ah, this is going to hurt.
09:14Boom, the lights go out.
09:16Boom, the lights come up.
09:17You know, now there's a, there's this Bigfoot demon thing standing in front of me and, and, you know, you, you just in total shock.
09:26What, you know, oh, now what?
09:28So, uh, it was bizarre in that he said, do you want to get out of here?
09:33And I thought, wow, that was perfect English, you know, for a Yeti.
09:36I wonder where he learned that.
09:38But English major.
09:40So I.
09:41He went to Oxford.
09:42Yeah.
09:44I was going to play along, you know, I said.
09:46Uh, yes, I, I certainly would like to get out of here.
09:49And he says, well, I got a job for you.
09:51You do this one thing.
09:52I'll see you get out.
09:54And I said, uh-huh.
09:55You know, I, I, I, I felt there was a trick involved here, but he, he kind of waved his arm.
10:00And behind me, there was this huge interminable field of brambles and, and, and raspberry bushes.
10:07And, and, you know, I'll just big thorns on it.
10:10And I thought, uh-huh.
10:11And he says, you just cut all that down for me.
10:13I need that done.
10:14And I'll get you out of here.
10:16Well, I thought, A, it's impossible.
10:19And then B, he hands me these little scissors that kids cut paper with and, and starts to laugh.
10:25He thinks it's funny.
10:26So, um, I thought, yeah, my expletive, excellent.
10:31So, I got down and I, I tried to, you know, cut at least one of the, I thought, well, I got, you know, I got nowhere to go, nothing to do.
10:38I better just try this.
10:39Maybe I can, you know, think of something.
10:41But anyway, as I finally cut one of the canes and went to put it behind me, I turned back around and the thing had grown completely back.
10:51And this guy's laughing like it's really funny.
10:53And I thought, you know, this is impossible.
10:56But, um, I'm a survivor and, um, I'm just, you know, I'm just going to keep going.
11:02Well, the lights went out.
11:03The lights came back up.
11:05I'm someplace else.
11:06There was this road a lot of times.
11:08Actually, I liked the road because I could, it was like a moonscape, you know.
11:14Kill the Willie Nelson on the road again.
11:18That's about how I felt.
11:20But, you know, I kept turning around, making sure nothing was creeping up on me.
11:24And, and, and I, so I had bad experiences there.
11:28And, and every time they would say, I've got a job for you.
11:31I want you to do something.
11:32Sometimes it got squeamishly immoral.
11:35And I'd say, no, I'm not going to do it.
11:38They say, well, all right, it's just going to get worse, you know.
11:41So that was the, um, misfit in hell thing.
11:45Uh, heaven expat is coming up later.
11:48I finally did get to the, what I didn't know was going to be the last episode, but I, I
11:54made this demon lady very angry by singing a Christmas carol.
11:58Um, I, you know, I was really kind of ticked off.
12:04This whole thing was just a nightmare.
12:06And she had, I, it was, it's in the book.
12:10I'm not trying to sell a book, but I don't know how we don't know.
12:13Yeah, we are.
12:14Yeah, we are.
12:15I checked her off and, uh, I, she came at me like she was going to club me.
12:23And I thought, what, so what, you know, I I'll just go someplace else.
12:27But boom, I did go someplace else, but this time it was just like, wow, all this joy,
12:36you love, you're at a birthday party.
12:38Everybody ever knew was, you know, it's just that kind.
12:40You couldn't imagine how wonderful that felt.
12:44You totally forget everything has happened, everything has happened.
12:48And, and you just tumble in this wonderful love.
12:50It's kind of sparkly and, and, oh my gosh, there's not a care in the world.
12:54I don't, I can't, I can't remember anything.
12:56I don't remember my kids, nothing.
12:58I'm just enjoying this ecstasy.
13:01And as it kind of, kind of filters into solidity of some sort, I can see my friend.
13:07I had gone to Seattle to help him through leukemia.
13:12He had died.
13:13That's why I have the hairdo I do.
13:16Oh, really?
13:17Leukemia.
13:17Yeah.
13:17I'm a survivor though, obviously.
13:20Well, good for you because it was nasty.
13:23I was up there almost nine months.
13:24Uh, he and I had been engaged for seven years and had gone our separate ways amicably when
13:30he got a job promotion, but there he, he had died.
13:33And, um, so there he was standing there.
13:37And I thought, I'm still in this, this wonderful place and in mood and I see him and he's laughing
13:45and he has his hair back, you know, and he looks about 35 instead of 50.
13:52And he's just got this sparkle in his eyes.
13:54He's like, he knows something I don't.
13:56And I thought, you know, he, oh Lord, he doesn't know he's dead, you know?
14:02And, and, and he burst out laughing and I thought, wait a minute.
14:05I didn't say that out loud.
14:07And then he's laughing again, like, come on, come on, think it through, think it through.
14:11And I thought, holy, you know what?
14:14I I'm dead.
14:15This is great.
14:16Oh my gosh.
14:17We're in heaven.
14:18Show me around, man.
14:20What are we standing here for?
14:21And he kind of crept up a little closer, not getting too close and said, ah, Mary Kay,
14:26you've got too much left to do.
14:28And people who have that experience often come back saying, I came back kicking and screaming.
14:38I didn't want to come back.
14:41No, what a lousy trick, you know?
14:44I was so mad.
14:46Come back to this?
14:47No.
14:48I was 86 pounds.
14:51I couldn't move.
14:52I had the trick.
14:53I had, I, you know, I thought, how am I, I can't even breathe.
14:57How am I going to get all this, quote, stuff done, you know?
15:01So I was not a happy camper.
15:03It took me a couple more months to get out of hospitals and get my life, you know, back
15:10to where I could move around a little bit, still a mess.
15:15And then, gee, it only took me another 15 years.
15:19I guess it was really closer, the 10, 10 years of having no idea what happened, afraid to
15:31die because I might have that hell thing happen again before I got back to heaven.
15:36Nobody wanted to talk to me about it.
15:38Gee, Kathy, we thought you were such a nice Catholic girl.
15:40What'd you do in hell?
15:41You know, it was, it was tough.
15:43And then through this series of synchronicities, they just, things started falling into place.
15:49I found myself in Seattle at an IANDS meeting.
15:53That's the International Association of Near-Death Studies.
15:56Whole bunches of dead people, you know, they have the best time, really, because they're
16:01not afraid to live and they're not afraid to die.
16:04So I got in there and I listened to some of the fluffy stories, you know, with the angels
16:08and puppies and stuff.
16:09And I thought, yeah, that's not what happened to me.
16:11And some guy overheard me complaining and said, why, what happened to you?
16:16And I said, well, he said, did you have a really distressing, terrible one in hell or
16:20something?
16:21Like he was excited.
16:22And I said, yeah.
16:24And he says, you've got to tell us about it.
16:26We never, nobody ever will talk about these things.
16:28You know, we know about, you know, 20% of the people have them, but nobody will say anything.
16:33So that started my journey.
16:35And now 15 years later, I've been in IANDS.
16:38I've got a, I co-host a distressing sharing group for people who have had these experiences.
16:45We can kind of get together once a month.
16:47They can tell their stories for the first time by people that won't judge them and understand
16:52have been there literally.
16:53And kind of help them work it through.
16:57And I was lucky to find the books of Nancy Evans Bush and Howard Storm.
17:03There's been a bunch of them that have written really terrific experience related books.
17:09And bottom line for me is I believe that as a Catholic, my whole life, I was taught that
17:19I would go to purgatory when I died, because even though Jesus died for my sins, I still
17:24had to pay, you know, something, get my sins burned off in hell.
17:29It's like hell, but you'll get out, Kathy.
17:31So I think I made my own.
17:33I thought I would go to someplace like that.
17:37So I did.
17:37And so it took me a long time to realize that each one of those segments, Joseph, had been
17:44things that had actually happened in my life.
17:46Like the first one I had been in the 1989 earthquake in Santa Cruz, that the town fell
17:52down.
17:52There was fires and people screaming and really, you know, I could pinpoint every single one
17:57of those things.
17:58And I thought, okay.
17:59And the other thing I've come to believe and accept is that had I stayed in heaven or stayed
18:07dead, none of that would have happened.
18:10I believe that we choose our lives.
18:14I believe we come down here to learn things.
18:16We have a purpose.
18:17And I think my purpose was to have that experience and be able to come back and tell people, God
18:24is all loving, all forgiving.
18:26There is no freaking hell.
18:28Nobody judges you.
18:29And just live your life the best you can.
18:32I was told later to be loving, kind, merciful, forgiving, encouraging, grateful, nonjudgmental,
18:40and useful.
18:41That's it.
18:42Throw the rest out.
18:43If you can't remember all of that, loving and kind.
18:46And then the rest will take care of itself.
18:48Yeah.
18:48Your story sounds a little bit like mine in that I am a suicide attempt survivor.
18:56It's not something I want to talk about.
19:01Like you write those people who don't want to talk about it, but it's important that we
19:08do for our own cathartic health, as well as trying to help others.
19:16And yeah, as the joke goes, today may not be your today.
19:22And sorry, tomorrow ain't looking so good either.
19:25Right?
19:26You don't know until you carpe diem.
19:29Next week, next month, next year.
19:32My Terror Strikes book, I started it and had a version of it in 2006, but it didn't
19:42become, come out as an Amazon bestseller until 2022.
19:49That's a long time.
19:51That's a long time.
19:52But as part of that, there is a suicide prevention sub-thread to make that point and share the
19:59story, all life has value and meaning.
20:03You may not see it yourself.
20:07Doesn't mean it's not true.
20:10Right?
20:10And little things can matter.
20:13They add up to some things bigger.
20:16Again, whether you see it or not.
20:19So I'm not happy to talk about my weakness, my depression then, and indeed overdosing, but
20:29yet coming back and indeed, I didn't have an NDE or anything, but clearly my time wasn't
20:37ready to be up.
20:39I had things I needed to do.
20:42I think like this show and having people like you on.
20:47That's absolutely right.
20:49And that's specifically how I feel that too much left to do was made available to me.
20:56I got an email from Kirstie Salisbury in New Zealand, and she said, I want you on my podcast,
21:05which I had no idea what that was.
21:07And that has led to, I think I've done 177 now in the last five years.
21:12And that, you know, with millions of views.
21:15So here's this old lady in Gig Harbor, Washington, you know, who was able to take that message
21:22only through people like you.
21:25Yeah.
21:26And not everyone, I always say everyone has stories in them worth sharing, but not everyone's
21:35going to be able to write a book, which is why I also wrote how to write a book and get
21:40it published to help people who have that story, want to share it and help them get it
21:47available.
21:48Also, not everyone is a podcast going to be for them, but I wrote podcasting quick start
21:56guide for those who write, like I'm going to lift up my green screen and you could see
22:02the ugly couch with all, yeah, I may not be a hoarder, but I am a slob.
22:08Look at all that stuff on the couch, hidden behind the green screen, doing this podcast from
22:16my living room.
22:17Indeed.
22:17Right.
22:18I'm not a big high production show, right?
22:22You may not be, but again, you may not do either of those things, but again, little things
22:32things you do do on a daily basis, you might not recognize as important are just as important.
22:41As long as you're trying to sow a little bit of good, so good can be reaped rather than
22:50doing nothing and being complicit in the rotten fruit that is then reaped and we're all trying
22:58to choke down to sustain ourselves.
23:01Yes.
23:02Absolutely.
23:03Absolutely.
23:04And every time you leave the house, whether you're in your car, whether you're standing
23:08in line at the grocery store, just to give somebody a smile and just chit chat just a
23:14little bit.
23:15I don't care who it is.
23:17It elicits something in them, a spark.
23:20Oh, I've been seen.
23:22I'm valuable.
23:23Oh, I, you know, I'm worthy.
23:25And, and, and it's, uh, loving and kind is just magical.
23:30Yes.
23:31Those are a lot of the little, right.
23:33I like to joke.
23:35You remember the Pantene shampoo commercial?
23:37They tell two friends, then they tell two friends, then they tell, right.
23:41Pretty soon you got a movement, right?
23:45And these, like the movie, Evan Almighty, which is a comedy, but important arc.
23:54God tells them to build an arc, but it's really about arc as an axe of random kindness is the
24:03moral of that story.
24:05You don't see those great moral stories coming out of Hollywood anymore.
24:10But indeed, all, and we have to remember though, we're all human, flawed, frail, and perfect.
24:18I can have a bad day.
24:20You can have, you give a smile and you get a snarl back.
24:26Recognize, okay, maybe they're just having a bad day.
24:30Sometimes someone may be having a bad day.
24:33You give them a smile.
24:35And even if they give a fake smile, forced smile back, as you kind of alluded, they walk
24:42away and their day has been made better.
24:47And they may crack a smile to somebody else.
24:50And again, hopefully you have that arc, that those acts of random kindness movement going.
25:01You betcha.
25:02And it's easy and it's free.
25:04And you feel better too.
25:06Smiling is free, people.
25:08Don't be so grumpy, please.
25:10Yes, so that's kind of where I am today.
25:18I love my IONS group and it's IONS.org if you want to find out anything about your death
25:25experiences and sharing groups.
25:27And it's all very positive.
25:30We have conferences once a year.
25:32This year it'll be in Chicago in Labor Day.
25:35And I'm telling you, the energy there is so upbeat and fantastic.
25:40The worst part is you have to leave, you know, it's like a little slice of heaven.
25:46And you go, oh, man, I don't want to go home.
25:49Yeah.
25:51Well, I like what you said earlier, right?
25:53And you're not really afraid of dying because you've been there, done that.
25:58Yeah.
25:58And your greater fear is not living, living positively, living, getting something out
26:09of this life, not it just being the plane of existence before we get judged and go to
26:17heaven or not.
26:18And really, there is no judgment.
26:21There's a life review.
26:23And it's just for your own edification.
26:25How did I do?
26:26How did I do on my job down there?
26:29And you get to see your entire life.
26:31I didn't, I wasn't there long enough.
26:32They threw me out too soon.
26:34But yeah, thousands of people have reported the same thing.
26:38And then they turn that around and run it again.
26:40And you get to experience how it was to interact with you.
26:44So that person you did smile at, you know, you get to feel their, they got a little bit
26:49of joy back or you lent somebody some money and didn't expect it back or whatever wonderful
26:55things you did.
26:56You get to feel how wonderful it was that you were on that earth.
26:59And if you were in traffic one time and you laid on the horn and that poor little little
27:03lady just had, you know, you get to feel her fear.
27:06You get to feel her hurt.
27:08And, and that's not a judgment.
27:09That's just kind of karma.
27:11You put that out.
27:12You get to feel how that was.
27:13And then, uh, everybody says, well, our nation.
27:17So you just come back and try it again.
27:19I'm glad you said that because the Bible does not preclude it.
27:26Exclusion does not, or preclusion does not mean exclusion.
27:32We have one eternal soul.
27:35It doesn't say only one life on earth.
27:40Indeed, some, for whatever reason, might be required to come back.
27:47And I want to push back.
27:48I don't want to believe that there's not a hell because there are certainly a whole lot.
27:53I sure hope Hitler and Stalin and Mao are not up there.
27:59Well, I'll tell you that I love that one.
28:02That's my favorite, because if, if Hitler gets to feel the pain, agony, fear that he in,
28:09in, you know, enforced on other people, all those millions of people, he's still halfway
28:14through his life review.
28:16You know, I mean, he's going to get to feel all that.
28:18And what more can you do to the guy, you know, and, and God just, you know, is not judgmental.
28:25God is love, and we'll just get to experience what we, we put out.
28:31And I think that's, you know, we're not, God is not like us.
28:35God is not like us.
28:37We are vengeful, but God is.
28:39I'll get into trouble because if I run into Hitler in the streets of heaven, I'm punching
28:45him in the face.
28:47No, he's still in the life review room.
28:51He's not going anywhere.
28:52Okay, thank you, MK McDaniel.
28:57I try to keep my show short.
28:59I call it the Twitter attention span these days, right?
29:04Everybody wants to just give me the headline, even though it might be misleading.
29:10Details matter, you know, cover as much as we can in a short period of time so that people
29:18will actually watch.
29:19That sounds great.
29:22Well, thanks for having me on the show.
29:24It was wonderful to meet you.
29:25I've had a really good time.
29:28Thank you for coming by.
29:30Take care.
29:30God bless.
29:31You too.
29:33Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
29:35I do this all the time that after I hit stop and record, there are always things I think,
29:45oh, I needed to say that or I needed to ask that.
29:50But I don't do this, but I don't do this, add a tacked-on additional segment all that often, or frankly, I'd be annoying you as much as it's annoying to me that I keep forgetting things.
30:04But regarding the exclusion does not mean preclusion thing, reincarnation, just because it doesn't say there is it in the Bible, it also doesn't say there isn't it in the Bible.
30:23What is it with some people, the sin of hubris, that think God owes them explanations and answers to any and every question they may have while we're here on earth?
30:45God doesn't owe us that.
30:49Hopefully, we get the answers to our questions indeed in heaven, but we're not owed them here.
30:57Just as a young child isn't owed an explanation of, don't do that, that's bad for you.
31:06And sometimes they have to touch the hot stove to learn, whoa, mom and dad were right, don't touch that, but not have had an hour lecture of it's hot, you'll get burned, and they don't understand this is really hot or burned because they're a child.
31:27We are all, despite all our advancements in human history, still children to God our Father.
31:39We are not owed all the answers.
31:44That's all I wanted to add on.
31:47Thank you all.
31:48Take care.
31:48God bless.
