00:18for a behind-the-scenes look at what chef will be teaching
00:20at an upcoming chocolate masterclass this October,

00:25Guests will learn how to build and decorate chocolate sculptures.
00:28I had a great time spraying edible color and glitter,
00:30and of course, chef joined it on the fun.
00:32And voila, my very own chocolate masterpiece.
00:35Chef also shared the other desserts on Sendero's menu.
00:38My personal favorites were the flan con fresas,
00:40a total delight, and limonni rosas.
00:43I then got a Masters of Chocolate certificate,
00:45and if you're a guest at the Ritz, your sculpture is wheeled up to your room.
00:48And I gotta say, the reveal moment was pretty cool.
00:51Sendero's also a great option for sunset dinner.
00:53I got the aguacate relleno with crab and a tuna tostada with caviar,
00:57which I might have enjoyed a little too much.
00:59The club lounge is also a vibe,
01:01with daily bites and drinks, including the champagne dispenser.
