00:03So, basically, my sister and I couldn't get tickets to Ariana Grande's show,
00:09so we decided to look at resale tickets.
00:12We got Montreal tickets.
00:15We paid literally two and a half grand each to be on the floor.
00:21It was so expensive, but we're like, we just got to do it.
00:24Ariana Grande is our favorite artist. Like, it is what it is.
00:26And then, about an hour and a half later, about maybe two hours later,
00:32we got an email saying that Ticketmaster cancelled our tickets.
00:37That's when panic started to set in, and we quickly, like, jumped on the phone to Ticketmaster.
00:45They said they didn't really know what was wrong.
00:48They said try to get tickets again.
00:49So, basically, we went back on to get the resale tickets,
00:53and we tried to get, like, tickets in the same show,
01:00but different seats to see whether there was an issue with those seats.
01:04And it just wouldn't go through.
01:06Like, it just kept saying, like, tickets are sold out, basically,
01:10and that there was an error.
01:12So, we just assumed that we were too late and couldn't get these tickets.
01:15Then, about 20 minutes later, we checked our credit card to realize $40,000 had been charged.
01:26And these were in amounts of, like, $4,500, $5,000, $6,000, all various amounts,
01:34and not, like, one charge.
01:37And we had also used a different card at, like, at some point to, guess, you know,
01:43see if we could get these tickets.
01:44Maybe it was an issue with the card.
01:46So, there was $15,000 charged to one card and $40,000 to another.
01:52We straight away got on the phone with Ticketmaster again,
01:55and they said they don't know what's wrong.
01:58We, at this point, also still didn't have tickets.
02:01So, not only were we charged a ridiculous amount of money,
02:06but we also didn't get our tickets.
02:09So, we had been on the phone to Ticketmaster, been trying to get these tickets.
02:13They basically said, can't do anything about it.

02:18I'm sorry, you took $40,000 from one card.
02:24You literally have taken more than $55,000 to $60,000 from us combined.
02:33$60,000 is so much money, especially when we wanted two tickets to Montreal.
