00:00It's going to be absolutely vital.

00:02It's going to be fundamental for us this year.

00:04For this group, for myself, us as coaches,

00:08and us as an organisation, really.

00:09We understand the challenges this year.

00:11And we've said this from the outset.

00:14We made a, you know, us as a group here, as a tight-knit group,

00:17we understand them challenges and we know what's going to be needed.

00:21We're going to need to bring quality, but for sure,

00:22we're going to need to bring a togetherness, a cohesion, a commitment,

00:26that nothing buckles us, really.

00:27And the fans are vitally important to that.

00:30The weekend's game was a prime example.

00:33That Sunderland was a prime example.

00:35And I think the fans are on our page as well.

00:37They understand the dynamics.

00:38They're going to understand and they do understand

00:40that there's a group of men that run out here every week.

00:43And I can guarantee you from the first game of the season to the last,

00:47it's an honest, honest group that will try and give everything they can for this shirt.

00:54And I think our supporters can always forgive certain things,

00:59but I also think they appreciate and respect

01:02and will be right behind this group, really,

01:04which we're going to need for the large part this year.
