Man charged with 'fake police officer' scam

It comes after two incidents involving an 80-year-old and a 78-year-old.

00:16Mellons. Nawaf Abdullahi, 20, from Islington, London, has been charged with the incidents.

00:22Abdullahi was charged at Cardiff Magistrates Court with two counts of conspiracy to commit

00:27fraud by false representation and participating in the criminal activities of an organised

00:33crime group. He was remanded in custody for further hearing at Cardiff Crown Court.
