Avijit Ghosh HEC joined Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited on 1st January 2015, and during his tenure at the company, he has showcased extraordinary leadership skills. He began a structured modernization program for FFP, HMBP and HMTP to reduce import dependence and to expand production into heavy forgings and castings. This was critical for expansion into new markets like power, nuclear, and defense equipment manufacturing. That way, he helped HEC in diversifying its business.
