00:00We've all faced these different challenges in life, and we've all faced our own adversities,
00:03and we look at all the hardest things that have ever happened in our life, and the biggest
00:07challenges we ever faced, we look back at those, and we realize those were absolutely the best
00:12things that could have happened. I look at my career now, 23 years of playing, and I've been
00:16retired for, you know, basically a year and a half, and I think there's no way I would have
00:21had the success had I not gone through all the challenges of high school sports, and the challenges
00:26of college sports. I look at so many of these young athletes who are never forced to go
00:30outside of their comfort zone. What do they do? They're told how great they are their whole
00:35life. They have people that coddle them, that make sure that the environment that they're
00:39in, they never have to push beyond their limits. Even some of the greatest athletes in the world
00:43never have had to go outside of their comfort zone. I played with a lot of athletes, and
00:47part of my role as a leader was to make these guys feel uncomfortable. Part of even how great
00:52they were, I was always focused on making sure that they were working harder than they even
00:57thought they could work.
