00:00No one that I know has been a victim of a scam, personally, but yeah I would
00:06definitely say so they've been a very hot spot. I think again with the
00:09advancement of technology, the way sort of the sort of advent of artificial
00:14intelligence that we're obviously experiencing with, definitely, absolutely.
00:18You've known a couple of people being victims of scams haven't you, but yeah,
00:23but they're definitely getting harder to spot. The messages on your
00:29phone, you always have to think. We've got elderly parents. I think they, criminals
00:35as always, become a little bit more wise and try and get ahead of the way
00:43things are happening. It's on all of us really to make sure, particularly
00:49perhaps the elderly, are well versed in how to spot a scam and also just taking a
00:55breath. That's what we all need to do sometimes. Don't be rushed into doing
00:59things.
