00:00Okay, so I just got to my hotel and I have some news and I have a story that I want to share
00:05with you. So my husband, Bruce, was an avid reader, a voracious reader. He loved going to
00:13bookstores. He loved browsing. He loved buying books. And his favorite section of the New York
00:21Times was the book section because he loved looking at the New York Times bestseller list.
00:30And what I learned today is that
00:32the unexpected journey made that list and it came in at number two. And all I could think of was that
00:43Bruce would be so proud. You know, writing a book was never on my bucket list. It was not something
00:52that was in my cards or something that I even thought I could possibly do. But what I knew
00:57was that I was sitting on valuable information that I knew that was supportive and helpful for
01:04our family and that I knew could be supportive to the next caregiver. And that was the mission
01:10of this book was just to be of service to somebody else. So I just want to thank you for
01:16being supportive of the book. I know many of you have bought multiple books for yourselves,
01:23but then to be able to gift it to another caregiver or family or friend. So I just want to say thank you
01:29for your generosity. Thank you for your kindness and for your support. And I have to thank there's so
01:36many people that have worked on this book with me. They understood the assignment. They understood
01:42the mission. And I'm thrilled that it made the list because what that means is that just more eyes are
01:48going to be on this book and that it's going to get into the hands of the people that need it.
01:54So that is my story. I just wanted to share it with you and say thank you. And I'm thrilled. I am thrilled.
