00:00I feel some of the quick wins, especially from a marketing perspective, how AI can actually save you so much time in little things like creating your content for social media, whether it's your blurbs or your content calendar, helping you write presentations or your marketing materials like flyers.
00:21I think one of the critical things from my perspective is make sure that you understand your business first and foremost in your customer.
00:29So I think getting your strategy right in your head before you start engaging with any AI tool, understand your customer, who are they, what do they need, what do they like, what problem is your business or service solving for them, and then what's your tone of voice?
00:47What's your brand and how do you want to come across as a brand?
00:50Because the danger with AI is it can sound very sane, and you want to make sure that your business is at the forefront of any AI answer and you're being true and credible and authentic.
01:05thing to integrate into workflows, and that works at any sort of scale, whether you are a sole trader or medium business or even a tier large enterprises.
01:16I think it's really something that helps enhance each of your workers.
01:20So I think it works best when it is given to all of your employees, and they're able to all utilize it in a way that works for them and enhances their workflows.
01:32I personally, so at Loveridge Digital, we all have access to a lot of AI tools, namely stuff like ChatGPT, we're all on the enterprise account for that one, and we all have our own use cases for it, it all helps us in our own meaningful roles.
01:50I myself as a content creator, I have a lot of specific, very niche questions for it, a lot of technical stuff that I've got to handle.
01:56So it helps me a lot in those sort of regions where Googling or going to forums for technical questions or anything like that would be a big time killer.
