00:26tinanggal lahat ng locally funded flood control projects

00:31Inalis din ang mga proyektong na doble o na kompleto na

00:34pero nilaanan pa rin ang pondo sa 2026.

00:38Inirekomenda ni Dizon na ilaan ang tinapyas na pondo

00:40sa iba pang sektor gaya ng agrikultura,

00:43edukasyon at kalusugan.
