03:06And the woman has fired six shots inside the psychiatric emergency room at St. Francis Hospital.

03:20The person is also identified right now only as a black woman in her 30s

03:25and she is holed up behind me in a room just off the emergency room to the psych ward.

03:30She had two hostages, but just a short time ago,

03:33this unidentified woman apparently released one of those hostages.
