Tesla disclosed in its 2025 proxy statement that it spent $2.8 million on CEO Elon Musk’s personal security in 2024, equal to about $54,000 a week, according to Barron's. The company added another $500,000 in security expenses in January and February 2025, or $63,000 a week. Among the Magnificent Seven, Meta Platforms reported the highest spend at $10.4 million for Mark Zuckerberg, followed by Alphabet at $8.3 million for Sundar Pichai, and Nvidia at $3.5 million for Jensen Huang. Combined, the Magnificent Seven group spent roughly $27 million in 2024 on CEO security, a cost that works out to about 0.0001% of their total market value.
