00:00It was another dramatic round of Premier League action in London with Chelsea, Arsenal,
00:07Brentford, West Ham and Spurs all serving up big talking points.
00:11From late heartbreak to managerial growing pains and Derby dominance, the Capitals clubs
00:16gave fans plenty to break down.
00:20Chelsea look to have shaken off their midweek distractions when Cole Palmer and Moises
00:24Caicedo turned the game on its head after Kevin Shade's opener against Brentford, but
00:30in stoppage time the home side persisted with long throws and it paid off again with Fabio
00:35Carvalho bundling home a late leveller to frustrate Enzo Maresca's men.
00:40Chelsea boss admitted the result was hard to take after controlling much of the second half,
00:46which Keith Andrews praised Brentford's grit and set-piece strength, calling it a hallmark
00:52of their identity.
00:53It always changes, depending on what you feel and what you see and the momentum of a game
01:01and the nature of us going down, definitely felt we needed to shore it up and tweak what
01:08was in front of the back five at certain stages, wanted to go more of a narrow four than a three
01:13and a two and then you look into the bench when you need a goal and Fabio is someone who I feel
01:21for, that he probably hasn't had as many minutes as he deserves because his application to his
01:27craft and his dedication to his craft is pretty special. I know he's a goalscorer so yeah, it
01:35was nice when he popped up with that late goal obviously. Of course he is, he's a supremely
01:39talented player, you've seen the changes they made at half-time to try and change the momentum of the game,
01:46felt he would always come into the game at some stage after his injury and naturally
01:52that changes the dynamic because he's such a talented player. A little bit disappointed with his goal,
01:58I just felt we left that space a little bit, vacated when we could have closed it a bit more and stayed
02:04connected more as a team but you're not going to get through the full game without conceding certain
02:08opportunities but I thought we nullified a lot of what they do very well tonight, denied space in crucial areas.
02:14Quivey made a couple of really good saves which again doesn't surprise me because he's a top goalkeeper
02:20and you're going to need to do that against teams of this calibre.
02:24Arsenal cruised a victory at the Emirates with Martin Zubomendi at the heart of scoring with a brace with a stunning volley involved.
02:32While Victor Jokerez also struck against Forest, the Gunners showed composure and depth in front of a buzzing home crowd.
02:40That's very positive because as well some of the players that we decided to come off when you see the reception
02:48and the connection they've built with our supporters already, that's top, that's exactly what you need
02:52because that's going to help you, it gives confidence, it gives you more ambition I think to do better
02:58and they're all in a good place I think.
03:00Yeah and obviously the demands of the amount of plays that the players have to play, they have to play 70 or 74 games throughout the season,
03:07it's never been done, when the intensity goes that high they are not going to be able to sustain that,
03:12so you need more players, the standards have raised, we need better players and there's no secret.
03:20The London derby swung on a single moment, Thomas Suchek's red card early in the second half.
03:26Until then, West Ham had matched Spurs but once down to 10, the floodgates opened.
03:32Papamintarsar's headers set the tone before Lucas Bergwahl netted his first league goal
03:37and Micky van der Venne wrapped up a convincing win.
03:41Graham Potter admitted his new look West Ham side are still finding their feet.
03:46While Thomas Frank hailed his side's control and clinical edge,
03:50pleased by how Spurs pressed home their advantage.
03:55We all know the derby and the importance to the game for the fans
04:01and I think it's testament to the boys in the group that we haven't won here in six years.
04:06It shows everything how difficult it is to play here and now we've won 3-0 today.
04:11I think that's impressive.
04:13London's clubs provided the full spectrum this weekend.
04:16Chelsea and Brentford locked in late drama.
04:18Arsenal cruising under control and Spurs laying down a marker in the derby.
04:23With managers speaking of resilience, adaptation and frustration in equal measure,
04:29the stories are as much about growth as results.
04:33As the season gathers pace, these performances hint at the different journeys each club is on
04:39but all eyes remain firmly on what comes next.
