At the Industrial Technology Research Institute’s Innovation Week in Hsinchu, the national lab demonstrated an AI engine that auto-generates stylized images and videos, a modular Mosaic 3D AI chip for improved on-device performance and a low-carbon H-beam manufacturing process.

00:14At their Shenzhou facility, E-TRI gave demonstrations of its tech to important guests

00:18like Vice President Bi Kim Xiao, Economy Minister Gong Mingxin, and TSMC Chair and CEO C.C. Wei.

00:31a modular 3D-packaged AI chip that boosts on-device performance while using less power,

00:37and a new steel H-beam manufacturing process that reduces carbon emissions.
