Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim departed for Doha, Qatar on Sunday (Sept 14) night to attend the Emergency Arab-Islamic Summit scheduled for Sept 15 in the Qatari capital.

Anwar will be attending the summit at the invitation of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, following the latest developments involving Israeli attacks on the Hamas leadership in Qatar.
