In this tutorial, we’ll explore the essentials of Adjusting Bitrate for Audio in HandBrake

In this tutorial series, we will cover the major features of HandBrake, including how to load source files, choose output formats, adjust quality settings, use presets, add subtitles, and export optimised videos for web, mobile, or archive purposes.

This lesson is created using HandBrake on Windows, but the same tools and techniques apply to the macOS and Linux versions as well.

00:00so now what you can also do is you can go ahead and adjust out bitrate and sample rate for audio
00:15as you want as well while converting out a video so to do that you need to go around on to file
00:21right here and open up a video file and this is what you have so now what you can do is you can
00:27go around over here onto the audio tab and here you can see that i have this codec applied aac right
00:34here so the bitrate that is uh set by default right here is 160 which is not very high but if you want
00:41a high quality audio then 320 or above is actually suggested right here so what you can do is you can
00:48go ahead and select out 320 bitrate right here depending on the options you select like mp3 has
00:55option for bitrate as well and then ac3 has option for bitrate as well and so forth as you can see
01:02right here so depending on the audio format that you choose you get to choose bitrate right here
01:08apart from that you can also choose quality right here instead of bitrate and set for high and it'll
01:14set out the bitrate automatically as well so if i were to go around over here and select mp mkv let's
01:21say for instance then you have more option like um flak right here and there's flak 24 bit vorbis
01:27right here which does not actually go ahead and give you use so so you can see that for flak
01:32it'll use its own bitrate it won't actually allow you to choose it right here but for ea c3 which is a
01:40higher form of a quality you can see that you can go ahead and choose the bitrate as you need right
01:46there and that is how you can go ahead and then change out the bitrate as you need inside of
01:53handbrake for your audio that you're going to export so i hope you guys learned something as
01:58always and as always please like comment share and subscribe
